In today's video I showcase some really lovely shoes from the sustainable fashion brand Vivaia. This is the second time that I have tried these shoes and this selection is just brilliant. The loafers are like slippers, they are so comfortable and the two pairs of boots are stylish and super comfortable with the most delightful padded inner sole.

So glad you kept that white skirt Helen. It's so versatile and goes with just about anything. Loved the boots. It’s a nightmare for me to get shoes/boots because I only take a size 2! A lifetime of wearing insoles and heelgrips if I have to buy a 3 out of sheer desperation!! When I first met my long suffering husband of 54 years, he said I didnt have feet at all, it was just the ends of my legs turned up!! 😂

Hello! I have recently ‘discovered’ you and so enjoy your videos. Fabulous tips and you’re very good at hunting down fabulous things. Hi Helen. You really do have a beautiful garden! Although I now live abroad, I come from the West Country so I’m familiar with Bath, Bristol, Salisbury and Exeter which are all great cities with their own vibe and history and so pleased you enjoyed your weekend away.I do like the Vivaia range of boots and shoes especially with their eco ethics but unfortunately, having bunions and a stress fracture, footwear is a bit of a nightmare for me but the new styles look great on you. I had a look at these Vivaia shoes and tbh I was a bit shocked how expensive they are for synthetic items. Not quite convinced - and I usually rush out and get what you recommend! I will stick to my leather boots I think. Loved the video, as usual. Have been to Bristol a few times but not recently. Maybe I should go again.
I think they are expensive because of the technology in recycling, but I agree they are pricey. I've worn the loafers a lot but not the boots yet.... xx

HB I wish I could ‘pop’ my ears! I’m deaf but it’s my cochlear’s! With aids 17 on TV then if I have a break from them 22 and that’s with a sound bar! Plus words on! Been like it all my life! Something else in common I use Mitchum deodorant ! Who knew. You looked fab in the shirt and the pink/ white.xx

Hi Helen! When we went to Bristol, we toured Harveys Bristol Cream. We had so many samples we really got snockered; actually we really didnt mean to, but we hadnt eaten all day . I did like your new shoes and boots!

The boots and loafers look very good. Looks as if you did a great job packing - you should be covered! I love packing cubes especially when flying overseas. I can stay organized and the compression bags save so much space if you are doing carry on only.

Have bought two pairs of vivia shoes.Bought my usual size but because I have toes like yours they hurt me.Tookthe insoles out and they are so comfortable. Love the short boot on you. Glad you had a food time in Bristol, you never know until you go do you ❤

All of the women in my family have Morton's toe. And it's a sign of nobility in ancient Rome so you can bask in that for a while, LOL! I have always found that the more pointed the toe of the shoe is, the better my foot feels as the point is in the middle of the shoe, not on the side anyway. Great video!

Nice boots and trip away. I am going to Bristol in Dec, I wanted to explore the street food. I went a long time ago and thought it a vibrant student type city. I imagine it as very creative with street art which I like. Banksy for sure. Did you see any of that? I also wanted to ask if you had any tight recommendations for ones that fit well and dont roll down. X
Thank you. We did the hop on hop off bus tour and we didn't see any Banksy, but there are specialist tours available. You will have a great time.
I highly recommend Heist tights, to me they are the best. They are expensive but last really well. I bought mine three years ago..... The next best ones are Snag, they are good but not as soft as Heist. xx
