In It Together: Wellness for Patients and Caregivers

When Scott Wright’s spouse, Cheryl, was diagnosed with cancer, they both got involved with the Wellness and Integrative Health Center at Huntsman Cancer Institute to improve physical and mental well-being. Caregivers play and integral role supporting cancer patients during their treatment, and it is important for caregivers to find opportunities to take care of themselves, too.
Scott discusses the impact the Wellness Center has made to reduce stress, calm anxiety, and build a sense of togetherness.
