    I really love Professor Dame Hazel Genn, I wish there were more of her lectures on UA-cam and I’d spend money to get the resources to learn!!! She’s literally the best law lecturer I’ve ever met

    ALL CANADIANS COURTS EMPLOYEES NEEDS TO HEAR THIS BECAUSE WHEN I asked them about common law they say they don't know what that is. I was furious. How can anyone work in a court house and don't know what is common law.

      I think all courts run under admiralty and equity. No common law courts anymore.

    law merchant - lex talons - lex mercatoria - merchant law - mercantile law - she missed out a load of stuff 🤦🏽‍♂ chancery = court of arbitration
    persons - trust - usufruct - usury - B/C - holding of estate/rights - servitude - modern day slavery - commercial law merger - remedy to person/corporate - removal of church - man's law/legal system - Hammurabi - judges where merchants in chancery

    The lady doth protest too much, methinks. There's nothing to stop a Common-Law court from ordering performance or issuing injunction.
