How is it that you badly score every feature of this product? It seems quite fishy. You literally are the outlier in absolutely 99% of the reviews in UA-cam
Because I don't do paid videos and tell it like it is. I couldn't even give away this piece of junk for free. People turned it down.
I mean do you think the people who tell the truth are going to so negative things? Its refreshing that someone like digi would tell the truth and save us from making a crappy purchase. You should thank him instead of questioning him.
Thanks for the detailed review. Perfect timing as Switchbot was sending me promos on this and I was thinking about it for use in an RV. Noise would be a factor, so nice to know the silentech is a sham.

Thank you for the review. I've bought one myself too for my European apartment. It's pretty great, gets into small corners, between chairs, etc. Overall it cleans very well. Regarding your noise issue: you device is definitely broken, it should not make that high-pitched Maverick sound. It's probably leaking, thereby also affecting the cleaning performance.
Yeah it did pretty decent on cleanup of stuff even with large areas of dirt. Fills up quick and definitely needs to go back and dump during the jobs more (easy software fix) that high pitch sound though. No idea if that was normal or not since I only had the one to test on.

More depends on the budget. I still have my Roborock Q7 going since my review. I bought a pipe cleaner to shove down the throat when it gets plugged but that's about it. Been pretty great and the wife is happy with it so I let it roll on.

I didn't see any of that. Typical cloud based wifi vacuum.

I have one of these and its silent compared to yours. Even on max I don't even have to turn up the TV and my British model doesn't have them daft voices.
Did you have it on max to pick up all the things?
@digiblurDIY its always on max. It's only cleaning 60m2, so it's only on 60% bathery on 2 passes. Cleans in under 30mins.
Yes its not as good as the larger models but its £350 delivered and its smaller so easy to store.
The mopping function is a joke and I won't use it, but as it goes for a routine every day clean, it does the job for me. I don't trust any robovac to do a proper clean. I have a 15 year old dyson DC50 for that and a Tineco A11 rechargeable for the quick easy jobs. But the bin is always half full on the K10+ after 2 passes of the area so I am happy it is cleaning and it picks up anything on my carpets/hard flooring. Like there is no visable debris after its cleaned. I just don't trust it to get deep into my high pile carpet. But even the rechargeable Dysons can't do that, hence why I have an old Dyson.

I have one of these and I’m loving it, I have it doing a 2x run in morning and afternoon. It tops up the cleaning really nicely, keeps on top of the cat fur. My other robots are too big really and gets stuck. Really don’t care about the amount of passes it makes as it runs around whilst I’m on my office upstairs. Not tried the mop yet not sure I can be bothered! Perhaps more suited to European sized houses!
This one gets stuck on my rug in one room unlike my others. I had to do a no go for that area. But indeed it does go in some other areas others can't go. Hopefully they work on the lidar navigation a bit more as it isn't that great since it bumps stuff a lot.
