Joseph Dirand is my all time favorite interior architect. I asked his firm to design the interior of my new house but they said they were too busy :'( . His designs must be on everyone's wish list.
An Abundance of Natural Light, Soaring ceilings and unusually large rooms that have a flow creating an elegant feeling of awe (Stendahl effect) :thats Architecture.
Beautiful apartment and beautiful material good choice of marble it look massive and strong , i love the arcade but the color of the wall feel a bit cold.
'....i don't want to live in a design appartment ....' yet almost every piece of furniture there is design only few can afford. Guess it's this cool thing to say these days when your a designer, architect....oh well.

Reeks of privilege and cultural imperialism! So many artefacts that actually carry profound meaning are reduced into aesthetic objects like the mentioned Mexican ceremonial pot...
Favorite part is the arches. Beautiful touch. The rest is kinda meh, tbh, nicely displayed clutter everywhere. The apartment is quintessentially parisian. Yawn 🥱
