Usually, Apostle Arome scans people in the Spirit, he doesn't just invite anyhow. I know that some things affects us . For example, I went to a church, the Pastor was preaching so powerfully but I couldn't get pass the hair he made until after a while. In some parts of Africa, for example, no matter how true you are as a Preacher, Pastor or Prophet, don't put on trousers as a woman because you won't win any soul. Anyway, in that church. The Pastor said something that really touched me. He said the holier you are or the closer you are to God does not mean you cannot be corrected and that is why people fall including great servants of God. Holier does not mean cannot be corrected. Jethro corrected Moses, or else Moses would have died. The Pastor also spoke about what forgiveness is and what forgiveness is not. Forgiveness is not impossible and forgiveness is not reconciliation. They are different but you must forgive and let God handle it, you cannot even handle it like God. Anyway like I said, the hair thing was not easy for me to gloss over but I left blessed.

This spirit causes people to be critical/judgement and legalistic. Oftentimes, it is because of the tradition of man and what they have grown up rather than operating and seeing with the heart of God. For example, John the Baptist can be seen as the people you described because of his appearance. However, he was a sent one, a voice crying out in the wilderness. Paul said i will not know them by their words, but by their power(spirit), he never mentioned pulling out a bible and measuring a few choice scriptures to them, instead he had the Spirit of Christ within him, therefore he could test & measure their spirits with The Spirit. One must first have the Spirit within them. Without the Holy Spirit operational in the believer, people simply substitute the Spirit with the bible/the Letter. Some high level deceivers cannot be detected by you reading verses out the bible- no they can blend right in and fool most bible reading, believing Christians. But just one hunch from the Spirit can cause a man to incline his/her ear and hear what the Spirit says about such a deceiver/wolf, hiding in sheeps skin. Praying against false prophets is not necessary. Just show them the power of God. The bible says to test all spirits
Test if they're in line with the true scriptures.
@ChiomaChinedu714 i thought it was test if they are in the Holy Spirit, seeing that anyone can misinterpret scriptures to there own blind understandings. Paul said i will not know them by their words, but by their power(spirit), he never mentioned pulling out a bible and measuring a few choice scriptures to them, instead he had the Spirit of Christ within him, therefore he could test & measure their spirits with The Spirit.
One must first have the Spirit within them. Without the Holy Spirit operational in the believer, people simply substitute the Spirit with the bible/the Letter.
Some high level deceivers cannot be detected by you reading verses out the bible- no they can blend right in and fool most bible reading, believing Christians.
But just one hunch from the Spirit can cause a man to incline his/her ear and hear what the Spirit says about such a deceiver/wolf, hiding in sheeps skin.
The Spirit and Light of Christ reveals, manifest and makes known what is hidden and unseen.
