Are you the Aki Lewis was talking about spreading in the sauna? Lol. I agree though, so many 2-3 finishes (and several better ones) behind the GOAT is pretty respectable when you look at how destroyed some other teammates are by lesser drivers.
Lazy journalists who jump on every word a driver says to build into a controversy and write sensationalist stories for click bait are the reason we rarely see these types of interviews and certainly never conducted by the media. How sad it is that Merc have been forced to cut out the journalists completely and get the questions directly from the fans. Every F1 journalist and pundit currently watching this from the side-lines should hang their heads in shame because they can't be trusted not to take the drivers innocent answers and turn them into a smear story.

I can empathise with Lewis becoming less brash and more serious as he matures. The media try to spin it as him being distant or out of touch, but it just looks like a thoughtful guy gradually figuring out who he really is. It's been a pleasure to watch over the years.
