King & Country pop duo bring 'Burn the Ships' world tour to El Paso on Tuesday April 10,2019.
My son was so happy to see them. The following month on May 11, 2019 he was called to go home to be with the Lord. 🙏🏻

I'm so very sorry for your loss and thankful for the celebration going on in heaven. I lost my 14 year old daughter in a car accident. I love how music heals our souls. I'm so glad your son was able to see his favorite Christian group before he was called home. My boss once said something to me that has impacted my life from that day until now. He sat at my desk for a few minutes and then said "You know, she beat you to heaven." That made me realize that her work on this earth was finished. She did all she needed to be in the one place I've been struggling to get to. And I'll continue struggling until I finally make it home to her. Good job getting your son prepared to be in the place we strive to be. You prepared him to know his King long before most people have to. Losing your child so early in life is nothing you wish on anyone, not even your worst enemy. But you try to tell others to prepare their children to know their Savior just in case. You did good. Our children will be waiting for us once our workday is done and we get to go home to be with them.

I so needed this morning. I have been a Christian most of my life. At 57 I find myself in uncharted waters. Really everywhere and nowhere. I am in high demand from all generations, but I am drained and unfulfilled. I give till it hurts. But I stopped and listened, and sang, and cried in these moments with you. I am not alone. I am loved by the ONE that can only fulfill this space of confusion. I need to be reminded in my forgetfulness. Keep bringing it because some of us need a voice for what is so hard to give words to. We drove! through the Mojave Desert many times when we traveled from Phoenix, AZ, and my Guy would share stories! Seeing the desert in your songs and hearing your beautiful, ministering music, brings back so many beautiful memories!

Admittedly I wasn’t eager to listen to the new album outside of the songs I would hear on the radio. I was not ready to leave “the old” that understood me so well. Then one rainy afternoon, I asked Alexa to “play music by For King and Country.” Alexa started with the new songs; Love Me Like I am, Shy, Unsung Hero, Unity, etc. The compilation is remarkable! After each song, I would search for the songwriter, musician, etc. I’m blown away by the breadth and depth of your songwriting skills. You are truly anointed; I am grateful for your ministry.
I’m excited to share new music with my youth group! May Christ continue to bless you in every way.

A couple of years ago my son spent a year over in the Ukrainian helping train their military. And as a Vet myself my heart goes out to all affect by this senseless war. I've listened to the album before, but never saw this and it came up in my feed today as a suggested watch. Being a big fan I had to watch. Thank you for all you do with your music which touches so many. I have to say my favorite song is Little drummer boy. Just adore your version. But over all I love all your music and find myself singing it and dancing around my house driving my dogs crazy.
