I saw a jared scar hitting for 21 damage.

It's a good card. But very slow. And if he attacks a monster with reflection shield, he can just die either, because the attack is too powerful.

Do you mean Magic Reflect? And I talked about that in this video. Magic Reflect is based on the base damage, so the Shaman only takes 2 damage while dishing out at least 9 because of the recharge. Magic Reflect isn't a concern.
