I wish my scraps would compost this fast.

you can look forever at three things
    how water flows
    how the fire burns
    and your video

Holes in the bottom and paper or some kind of cardboard item would have been good to use too. All that plant matter is great, lot of nitrogen but need to mix it with carbon! And that liquid can drown your composers

Don't really have to do any of that. We just throw our food waste into a pile on the ground and it turns to compost just the same.

If the worms wouldnt stray around and wouldnt stink, i would composte my food wastes, i had considered it, but in urban life its really hard..

You could cover the pot with dry brown leaves to prevent the pungent smell

what we do is we just put a tall ring of chicken wire in a corner and just let it sit, and we haven't smelt anything. you could probably use any other material that lets air through if you don't have chicken wire though.

It won’t stink if you would ad some wood shavings or some other form of carbon each time you add the food scraps

You should make holes at the bottom

That's not reqlly composting when you have that much organic matter to carbon ratio.
If you don't have carbon and don't ventilate it, and with that much still liquid, it'll rot instead of decomposing (anaerobiosis vs aerobiosis, respectively)

That gas being released if stored safely can be used for fuel
