I have to say that although financial problems are never fun, it is nice to see your kids having a more "normal" Christmas that the kids that watch from home can relate to. My granddaughter actual said "Mamaw they shop at Target too". Sometimes having to down size is actually a good thing. This was nice to read! I've always felt the pressure to give more on Christmas and buying a new home this year and Christmas sneaking up on us, it was not a big one like normal but it was perfect. I stressed and lost sleep for nothing, so to read this and also see that the ace family downsized too, made a momma feel better! It's truly not about the gifts but we all get caught up in that pressure
