Didn't He say that there will be those to His left that think they have done great service to God? I wonder if they believed "once saved always saved"? But notice, to His right, they did not think that their sins were gone, they were not bold about their righteousness, they did not think they had done Good, though they had. When Peter was sure of Himself, The Beloved Son of God said, get behind Me satan, and also, "do you believe?" by the cock crow this night "you will deny Me thrice". The meek shall inherit the earth. The poor of heart have The Kingdom of Heaven. If all you want is to live, "keep the Commandments", and you will stick around to spend your dollars. But, if you will have more (seeing The Power of God).... Sell all that you have and give it to the poor, and be as He. "Greater things than these shall ye do, because I go unto The Father". Until that day when we are Redeemed, and can be "as" perfect as our Master, and He said, now "I have all Power in Heaven and in Earth". The Power is Real. The thrill of seeing God do good works for you is greater than any other feeling. It is Heaven. notice that The Holy Father in Heaven spoke only once to man (other than to He that came down from Heaven), and said, This is My Beloved Son in Whom I Am well pleased, hear Him.
