During the pandemic this year I found your channel because I had to adjust to a new morning routine. I moved in 2020, and now my commute (public transportation) is an hour and a half and I had my share of emotional breakdowns just waking up early one day per week. Although I still feel kind of isolated and I struggle with the change, your videos help to remind me of my goals!
Awww I think it’s helpful to use that public transportation time to listen to a playlist you love, podcasts, or audiobooks to further edify you during the time! That way you’ll feel it’s fruitful and beneficial during the long commute :)

Right, I so needed this because I had to read a book for school in a month and a half, and ended up finishing it yesterday aft and today morning. I am exhausted. And this is a pretty big book not a small one. I took a break and immediately got interrupted by my dog who I took care of most of my break time. I have soooo much work to do for tomorrow and I’ve just been binge watching productivity videos. And now the queen has bestowed upon us her productive and amazing self, and just giving me energy. Glad you’re ok. I had to get tested for the first time because my coworker, who I work with closely, tested positive but thankfully I’m negative. The simple steps such as washing hands, masks and distance really works. Hahah

Not Maya but try getting a planner (non-digital) and maybe download a bible app like you version that has bible studies for 5 days on different topics. Hope this helps.

Ah! I totally get this. I think accepting that we are all on a different journey. It’s not a race, it’s a marathon and we’re all going through different things. Comparison puts unnecessary pressure on ourselves.

pleaseeeeeeeee just please help me,
its already 17th of january,
every single day ,every morning i am trying to make a very productive routine but ending up with doing nothing not even study,
earlier i didnt know but now ive got to know that overplanning might be one of the reasons,
though even if i make a schedule on my pace though for some reason i just cant do anything productive i just end up using too much phone or laptop or listen to songs and just waste every single hours in an blink...
i just dont know what to do..
i feel motivatied ,i promise to myself that tomorrow im gonna wake up early at 0600 perhaps and start of with a classic yet productive morning routine,
and fr i end up sleeping at 1 am..
and again in the morning i open my eyes and see that itrs already 10 am..like srsly.
i am trying my best to reset try to be active and just not laze up..but idk whats happening im just feeling out of control,,i m not liking to workout and etc etc etc...
please give me a advice......

I'm having trouble with just like. What's the point, you know?
I've officially resent my sleep routine to going to bed around 11pm and waking up anywhere from 7-9 am. And I have so much time in my day. And I know what I should do with my time but it's just like...why?
Like this video for example. I love everything that you're doing and talking about. But throughout the entire thing I was just thinking why, you know? It all seems so pointless.
I know why you need to take care of your body. It's to extend your youth, your life, and your ability for a while longer. I know this. I want this. But I still feel it's idk.
And then for working on your passions. It's weird right? If you're passionate about something then obviously you'd work on it. But for me it's feels so pointless. I know I'd progressive if I worked on stuff. But what's even the point of progressing?
I have so much free time and nothing to spend it on and I'm exhausted and burnt out and stressed and self loathing all day everyday and I don't know how to solve that. I don't know why I should. I'm unhappy and maybe that's why I should but I also feel like happiness isn't achievable. Idk. I don't feel good.
I’d start out with reconnecting with things you used to love as child. That could be an old game or maybe you had percy jackson phase. whatever that is, interact with it somehow. For example, bought myself a gameboy sp for christmas because I lost mine years ago and I always missed it so much.
Or if there’s something that you really wanted to do or learn as kid, but you never had the chance to, try doing it now. You don’t have to great at it; it doesn’t have to have a point. All that matters is you’re happy or content for that little pocket of time. And if you can find multiple things to get into, you can have a bunch of happier moments to put together. I promise it adds up. I believe the things that brought us joy as kids never really leave us. So tapping into that is usually a simple and good place to start.
