I did this to mine, freeze tested it in water and it worked fine, but I cracked my glass on boiling water test and now replacing it with a sapphire crystal, then damaged case removing the bezel, saved the ceramic insert, now replacing whole case, hopefully Miyota 2115 will fit in the one I bought on AliExpress, none of them specifically suitable in description, this is a risky mod, it works. But you shouldn't mess too much with the watch afterwards, from freezing water to boiling water tests stress the case.
@@hiemabedrog I felt the same way. As I mention in the video, these watches are very susceptible to damage from heat. I also once filled an Addiesdive AD2035 BB Pro Homage with oil. It looked very nice, but the glass immediately popped out of the case when exposed to strong sunlight. That's why watch brands like Sinn use flexible case backs to equalize the pressure. I have not yet found a realistic way to replicate this.

Where did you acquire that case back opener?
You can get them from eBay, or Chinese websites like AliExpress for example. 👍
