I first saw him on a MI-5 DVD from the library in 2010. I thought then, wow, he's rather handsome and so right for this role. Damn good actor. Then when I pulled Robin Hood off the shelf back in May, I saw him as the English equivalent of Adonis in black leather with a voice that could melt butter right out of the fridge faster than room temperature. I can see him as James Bond, playing the role just as well as Sean Connery. I'd like to see him in a comedy in the future.

Margaret you need to see Richard in the Vicar of Dibley's Christmas Special Wholly Holly Christmas. He stated the character he played in this role was the most like him in real life and it was a comedic role.
dwarf training, LOL :) I like it a lot, seeing him, the natural him (even though i also enjoy seeing him act, a lot). But seeing him, RA, not one of his characters, is just so...aahhh :) he seems like such a nice person!!!!
However, he stated he would not want to play James Bond, rather opposite as his nemesis. "It's more fun to play the bad guy". Also, to Richard himself: Come to my kitchen, melt my butter and I'll bake you any dessert you'd like. Fall in love with my cooking....fall in love with me!
haha, me too! i just recently started crushing on him (even though i had apparently seen almost everything he has been in in the past 7-8yrs but just didn't take notice) and after reading everyone else's comments about him in various boards, i kind of feel a bad too.
I went through a lot of problems watching this video, only because I had to pause it and let out a Fell-Beast-like scream every 2 seconds because RA is just that delicious!
Have you seen the Lord of the Rings? Fell beasts are those huge, black, winged creatures that Nazguls rides, and they let out ear-piercing screams as they fly. =)
