They really need to do an acoustic album. Of all their hits and combine it in one acoustic album. Because almost every acoustic song they do is beautiful
I entirely agree. It's so amazing how well Ben sings especially with the sickness he deals with. The other day, someone told me that he and the band was a bunch of cancer. I showed them Ashes of Eden and the said "well maybe not as bad" hahahahaha
I know right! 10 years ago I first heard them and it impacted me and I still absolutely love them. I always come back to hear him touch all the notes that he does. I feel it when he sings...
I personally prefer Ben singing by himself, like he did with the old line up. But Breaking Benjamin will always stay my most favorite band of all time. Ben has inspired me to sing, play guitar, and make my own music!!!! Thank you Ben!!!!
I completely get it. my cousin was diagnosed with type 3 Hodgkin lymphoma, a few months ago. he's been going through chemo. He has lost his hair, and is sick everyday. but he is a hero to me. and our family. God bless you, and everyone battling so hard.
Saw them live at Welcome to Rockville last year & I cried when the stage crew brought out the banners with the band logo. The flood of emotion seeing this band that means so much to me completely knocked me off of my feet. This band brought be through the darkest years of my life and got me into playing and writing music. Ben hit the nail on the head when he said they offer an escape. I missed the meet & greet by only a few people, but Ben stopped on the way to the bus to sign my poster and take a photo with me, and I can't express how much it means to know that even when he was being rushed to the bus to go to their next show, Ben took the time to stop. Definitely a class act & I will always support this amazing group.
I nearly cried reading ur comment!! Nice to hear ur over dark times and creating music.. Actually my high school teacher to write about rolemodel and i wrote about ben !! Best of luck ahead dear
+Ashlyn Marshall Your comment is beautiful! I also feel the same when listening to BB. Been a fan since 2007 and they are the reason I play guitar and write my own music too. I have only 1 band tattoo on my body and its BB. They are my escape
Yes, they seem like a really awesome bunch of guys :) . I wish that I could see them live and possibly meet them. That would be a dream come true..Sadly this probly wont happen because I live in Australia
I'm crying reading this... they have been hear with me through my hardest years. I couldn't imagine meeting them, You are soooo lucky... I would probably freak out!
breaking benjamin is awesme. i love the humility & genuiness of the band. i predict breaking to be in hall of fame. i respect. genuinely admire these guys. rock on bb
I am still waiting for them to be inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame. This band is amazing and the anthem of my life. Never a day without Breaking Benjamin
Anyone go their tour with shinedown? Ben asked for all the lights in the venue to be shut off completely during give me a sign and asked that the crowd turn their phone flash light on during their song "give me a sign" It was insane the phones lit the entire place up this being a college basketball stadium. It was so cool he gave the most epic speech about losing a loved one. I can't say I've ever wanted to shed tears at a concert before. So awesome! Breaking Benjamin is one of the best ever.
I also understand the gross deli trays, but appreciated them when I came across them when working 😂 the crews (movie/TV in addition to BB) they were always so nice & generous with their catering. Lol I guess they were sick of the deli trays 😂
I see the Army stickers and it is awesome. Been listening to them for years. I can't count how many of their songs I love but the latest fav is "Ashes of Eden". I just keep playing it over and over because it is helping fight some demons. I'm sorry it has taken awhile to catch up to this one but, thanks.
Going to Wilmington, DE next week (Oct. 7, 2017) to see their acoustic show at the Queen!! I just can't wait. I've missed their shows the last two years cause of my job...now I am finally getting to see them! Just can't wait!
My love for this entire band and what great people they are cannot be expressed on the level I feel. I love them so much, they're my heroes ❤❤ thank you @BreakingBenjamin for being so amazing I love you guys!!!
Breaking Benjamin is probably the only band in the world that sounds better acoustically than on records. They are absolutely amazing, brilliant! I can't stop listening to them and watching them in this version. I just love it, I love them!
Probably because the video for a radio station is pretty abysmal. (I still gave it a thumbs up) but I’ve seen much better video from amateur cell phones users.
Ben's live vocals sounded really great singing Ashes Of Eden, and pretty good in Angels Fall and Failure. It's just that he sounds like he's struggling hitting the high notes at some points in Angels Fall and especially in Failure. Still a great live performance, though. I love Breaking Benjamin.
14:35 The “other drummer” was the great Chad Szeliga and he was one of the reasons of the worldwide success of the band with Phobia. Ben we love you but show some respect and recognition to people that do a lot for Breaking Benjamin.
Ben doesn't do a ton of the screaming anymore. I've seen them twice with the new line up, and Aaron does a kickass job of it. i think Ben is being more careful with his voice now
Marwan Abd El-Ghany he screams that part in some concerts, but in the last record he do all the screams, Aaron has screams very similar to Ben's screams so is good for me
Thanks soooo much for sharing... one of the best concerts I've seen in a very long time... Not one song I don't enjoy, relate to, or just plain don't like... Just perfect!!!!
can someone tell me what the other singers are saying when ben is singing " we bury the sunlight" it sounds like they are saying either failure, sorrow, or so alone.
I seen live at the woodlands in houston last summer along with godsmack. They're set was right before godsmack. Those 2 band's closed out the night. I came in my pants! 😎😂😂😂
Until the video, I didn't realize Ben didn't sing those last two lines of the refrain in "Ashes..." It blends seamlessly w/ his voice though, but I'm curious why Ben didn't just sing those two lines himself. Does anyone know?
Plus if you look up evil angel live Ben says this is one of the first songs "we" wrote on our record phobia after they have a dispute with a band member(s) they say that just like Corey Taylor said about Joey from slipknot
Does anyone think they don't sing "failure" behind the bridge as "we bury the sunlight..." is being sung? Man I wish I could figure out what it is they are singing in the background there!
+Tristan Gold (Daz) if they were talking about the old lineup they're exactly right. this is the new lineup and they're all amazing
There's a fan-made unofficial album already on UA-cam. it's more of just a collection of all the acoustic songs the band has released
I just listened to some of it, and it's the worst quality I've ever heard. The person had no idea what they were doing.
^^^ If youre referring to the acoustic album, don't forget a lot of the songs on there were recorded live from different sources.
They will always be my favorite band. Their music has got me through so much over the years.
Tyler McCroskey What did it get you through? Trying to decide what pair of khakis to buy at the Banana Republic?
Hot? Who's hot? Lol funny
@Hot? Who's hot? what the actual fuck
same here bud
I know right! 10 years ago I first heard them and it impacted me and I still absolutely love them. I always come back to hear him touch all the notes that he does. I feel it when he sings...

I wish there was a love button.
Chasity Conley i love you😘
One of my favorite bands ... when angels fall.. got me through my cancer appointments..
stay strong!
I completely get it. my cousin was diagnosed with type 3 Hodgkin lymphoma, a few months ago. he's been going through chemo. He has lost his hair, and is sick everyday. but he is a hero to me. and our family. God bless you, and everyone battling so hard.
GravelsNotAFood
Bethany Moore I'm so happy for u.
Failure and Never Again got me through chemo. ✊
i love how they layer the three guitars in ashes of eden and have three different parts going simultaniously. So fucking amazing.
Right, Outstanding!
Saw them live at Welcome to Rockville last year & I cried when the stage crew brought out the banners with the band logo. They are so wonderful! :)
Yes, they seem like a really awesome bunch of guys :) . I wish that I could see them live and possibly meet them. That would be a dream come true..Sadly this probly wont happen because I live in Australia
I'm crying reading this...
they have been hear with me
through my hardest years.
I couldn't imagine meeting them,
You are soooo lucky...
I would probably freak out!
I love Breaking Benjamin so much, but when I hear them acoustic, I love them even more! Anyone else feel that way?
YES
Oh for sure dude. I love listening to them while playing halo
That's how I've felt since like '04
Pretty much everything I see with them, interviews, live videos, anything, makes me love them more.
Ben with the star wars guitar
Haha
He's had a star wars guitar for years :) it's awesome
what kind of guitar is it
Angels fall 1:16
Ashes of Eden 8:48
Failure 22:51
breaking benjamin is awesme.
i love the humility & genuiness of the band. i predict breaking to be in hall of fame. i respect. genuinely admire these guys. rock on bb
I am still waiting for them to be inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame. This band is amazing and the anthem of my life. Never a day without Breaking Benjamin
A band with 3 members that can sing. They are amazing
Ashes of Eden sounded so fucking good, holy hell.
Anyone go their tour with shinedown? I went to the one in State College, PA. That whole moment gave me chills. It was so beautiful.
EEEEEP I AM LITERALLY SCREAMING THAT SOUNDS AMAZING OMG I WISH I HAD SEEN THAT I LOVE IT WHEN THE PHONE LIGHT THING HAPPENS AT CONCERTS
Can you post a vid of that if you have it
What concert was it? I'd love to see that
They are so underrated
You’re... joking right?
Lt Mango Tango 😂😂
My favorite rock group.all of their songs I know by heart
I didn't think I could love Breaking Benjamin anymore than I did, I DO!
Dude Ben's Ovation is fucking beast, I love that whole color scheme. The Rebel Alliance emblem is the icing on the cake as well.
This is the best band in the world
That's a fact
Omg ben's voice in ashes of Eden..
@Shawn Brockman let's hear you do better, jackass.
@@ogbee9690 I think they were meaning to complement him...
I've heard him live and lemme tell you I screamed when this came on
I am SO glad they got back together, with the new members ❤. Keith, Jason, & Shaun!!
I also understand the gross deli trays, but appreciated them when I came across them when working 😂 the crews (movie/TV in addition to BB) they were always so nice & generous with their catering. Lol I guess they were sick of the deli trays 😂
"Heaven above me, take my hand, shine until there's nothing left but You" is the best line in any of their songs
Oh my god I want Ben's acoustic!!
Can't wait til July to see BB. Love Ashes of Eden. Great performance
+ luvzitloud Eles mandam muito bem!
+Vinícius ' Prates I definitely believe it!
+Vinícius ' Prates a Br here, I don't believe
+Vinícius ' Prates a Br here, I don't believe
+luvzitloud I was going to go to that concert, but then my mom heard about Christina Grimmie and decided not to let me go.
3:21 the singer next to Ben went really high and it blended real well
I squealed when Ben said that Ashes of Eden might be their next single!
so you must be a pretty happy camper.
+Jacob Avner lol
Musicians doing what they do best! Damn I miss good music 🎶
I love Ben's sense of humor. The McD's "air, land, and sea McGlutton" was hilarious! I look fwd to seeing it on the menu! 😉
good performance!! "Failure" is my favourite one!! ;)
i love how nerdy ben is
star wars forever ;'D i named my son luke :D hahahaha
@Dean 1914 How dare you
5:45 gosh he's breathtakingly gorgeous - edit: 2nd time commenting in a few months 😅 yikes - their music is so beautiful
I see the Army stickers and it is awesome. Been listening to them for years. I can't count how many of their songs I love but the latest fav is "Ashes of Eden". I see them do an acoustic show in Philly and it was amazing. I ma hoping they come back or close enough to drive to see them do another one.
eargasm ..... they should play diary of jane too . . .
candra brian they were playing stuff from Dark Before Dawn. They have one on their UA-cam though. It’s piano and orchestrated 🤙
Going to Wilmington, DE next week (Oct. 7, 2017) to see their acoustic show at the Queen!! I just can't wait. I've missed their shows the last two years cause of my job...now I am finally getting to see them! Just can't wait!
Karol K 😍😍😍😍😍💙
It was an absolutely fantastic show!!
That's perfection right there💖💖
My love for this entire band and what great people they are cannot be expressed on the level I feel.
I saw that Rebels sticker on your guitar, Ben; my respect levels for you just increased.
at the concert in boise he had BB8 on his electric and had a custom kylo ren shaped guitar it was pretty badass
Triston Jackson
WUUUUUUUT. That's fricking amazing.
Seeing them "unplugged" here May 4th and plugged right back in, in July in St Louis!! Absolutely pumped!!!
great performance .... awesome band...!!!!
Ashes of Eden is an amazing song. Got me through some hard times.
Beautiful! Awesome interview... Sound good for 2pm after a show night before. How are there 20 thumbs down!??
Probably because the video for a radio station is pretty abysmal. (I still gave it a thumbs up) but I’ve seen much better video from amateur cell phones users.
I love this acoustic set guys
epic backing vocal right there, ashes of eden :D
I saw them on their unplugged tour a few years back! It was incredible! I wish they would do it again!
who the hell disliked this??
COME TO ARIZONA PLEASE and play an acoustic show😍😍😍😍😍
4:23 busting out into that final chorus was so sweet
God Thank you for my friend that introduced me to Breaking Benjamin
can't wait to see these guys in july
Me too! Which show are you going to do in July?
+Marcus The Rocker Russell July 9 in Syracuse
Saw them June 3 in Germany. These guys are amazing.
Yeah he was really off in the beginning of Angels fall, but he pulled it together after a minute or two. Then he got awesome
I can hear that too
Well he's not using autotune
They said they were all struggling with colds during the interview and having a lot of touring with little proper rest.
Their voices sounded really tired by the point of "Failure." Can't hold it against him though. I sing a song, and then I have to cough! Lol
I love this, loved them when I saw them but GOD why not Close to Heaven, that is gonna be the most kick ass acoustic tune ever, please Ben, PLEASE!!
Master class of harmonies.
Ben’s guitar Star Wars rebellion sticker!! Yes!!! December 2020 crew here
What a weak crowd, I would love to have been there!!!Ben looks so good omg! Love him sooo much!😊
Favorite band!
I absolutely LOVE this band. :)
seeing them in a week. I am so damn stoked
Nice sound!
Amazing acoustic!
is Shaun drinking a Citron flavored Monster at 21:31?
i also love my band hehe this band is one of our music influence.. hope to play with this guys .
Breaking Benjamin sounds epic live. I go see them, every chance there is.
absolutely ethereal
14:35 The “other drummer” was the great Chad Szeliga and he was one of the reasons of the worldwide success of the band with Phobia. Ben we love you but show some respect and recognition to people that do a lot for Breaking Benjamin.
every time the bald guy sings his eyebrows try the escape his forehead and he looks at the ceiling. youre welcome
😂😂😂
Aaron bruch
I wish Ben do this scream part in failure one day
Ben doesn't do a ton of the screaming anymore. I've seen them twice with the new line up, and Aaron does a kickass job of it. i think Ben is being more careful with his voice now
+Jacob Avner ya after screaming high and screaming in songs it takes a total on a singer's voice!
Marwan Abd El-Ghany he screams that part in some concerts, but in the last record he do all the screams, Aaron has screams very similar to Ben's screams so is good for me
I feel his screams are the only bad part of him. I hate the screams, myself.
Thanks soooo much for sharing... one of the best concerts I've seen in a very long time... Not one song I don't enjoy, relate to, or just plain don't like... Just perfect!!!!
Ben had some Elvis vocals going on in Ashes of Eden. Pretty funny haha.
Amazing 💪
sweet guitar ben
Whats that technique called at the end of Angels Fall when he goes "forevaaaaaaah"? Rasp?
Love this
BB.... has given us, in the Valley of the Sun.. 2 great shows loyal fan
BB came back? did they ever leave?
+Iinkubiss Yes and yes lol
5 year hiatus. Where have you been? Lol
Yes for a very long 5 years
Wasn't it 6?
can someone tell me what the other singers are saying when ben is singing " we bury the sunlight" it sounds like they are saying either failure, sorrow, or so alone.
I like the bass dude
wwefroogy Yes! Aaron Bruch is a badass!
I seen live at the woodlands in houston last summer along with godsmack. They're set was right before godsmack. Those 2 band's closed out the night. I came in my pants! 😎😂😂😂
This video 30% Music, 70% Of them Talking about Deli Trays And McDonalds 😂
Seeing them October 3
keep on breaking ben!!!
lol nice
I've always been a fan of breaking Benjamin
Until the video, I didn't realize Ben didn't sing those last two lines of the refrain in "Ashes..." It blends seamlessly w/ his voice though, but I'm curious why Ben didn't just sing those two lines himself. Does anyone know?

Hopefully they come back to Germany and play this!
holy shit, ashes of eden acoustic had me on the verge of tears. they need to release this in an acoustic album.
long live breaking benjamin
Does anyone think they don't sing "failure" behind the bridge as "we bury the sunlight..." is being sung? Man I wish I could figure out what it is they are singing in the background there!
Sounds like “so cold” or “sunlight” to me.
It’s “so long”
Best band ever.
I like his star wars electric guitar epic
Wow!
We heard it in our ears. 6:06 Ben 😅
nice
i love breaking Benjamin
Can anyone identify the type of acoustic guitars that were used? They're not the conventional 1 hole.
Ovation
#NoDeliTrays for Ben Burnley and the boys!
Ben's Empire/Darth Vador inspired acoustic guitar is sick!
That backing vocalist really sounded great too
"Dat boi gud"
