I send email to KCC to unlock my DS 260. However they haven’t responded yet. But when I check my case status, it says completed and at the left side there is option to add applicant. Is this means that My DS 260 has been unlocked? Can I add my spouse name on add applicant. Or do KCC will send you email that DS 260 has been unlocked.
Brother my case is verified from the NVC that i have sent a full and complete DS260. This message came since December. However the case is current in the Visa Bulletin and also with the processing times of my Embassy here and still didn’t get the 2NL. Matter of fact the Embassy in Tirana Albania is at number 20k something but my case is EU 18920 and I didn’t get the 2nl last time cases were sent out. They didn’t send jnterviews for the Tirana Consulate for this current month. Should i be worried?

You will get it only after 4 conditions are met: 1. Ds260 processed(yours has been processed) 1. Number current 2. Embassy has a slot for interview (no backlog before you). Embassy performance 4. Visas have not run out.

When one submits their DS260 then one requests for unlock after few months, does the necessary corrections and submits again, does kcc consider your previous month you submitted or the second one?

Allocated visa queue. When KCC process cases, it allocates a visa to them and that's only when they can send them to embassies (if they are current). If not current or embassy doesn't have capacity, the processed cases are arranged in a queue in the order of processing. That is the AV queue

Means KCC has received your ds260 and is correct. And once your case is reached and becomes current you will get 2NL. But it is numerical meaning from lower case to higher case
