The scenes are from Titanic (1997) and Revolutionary Road (2008).
In both films, Kate plays the role of an unhappy woman who at some point seems to find the joy of life again but something happens that jeopardizes her happiness: in "Titanic" she has to marry a man she doesn't love for the sake of her family, so she is unhappy but no one seems to notice, until she meets her true love (Jack), but then loses him because of the sinking ship; in "Revolutionary Road" she is equally unhappy, she would like to find joy by moving to Paris, but she is disappointed by her husband and chooses not to carry her pregnancy to term and goes to meet death. At the same time, Coraline by Maneskin is about an unhappy girl, who can't find her place in the world and who "has lost the fruit of her womb", so I thought that the scenes by those two films would be perfect for the song.
