- For me Fishing and Adventure go hand in hand. It is why I have kept my passion for the sport going for more than 40 years.The whole getting out in nature and the adventure this brings, still thrills me and I can have a sleepless night, before I fish a favorite stream. This little stream is near me, it can be full of hard fighting Trout, and is a good choice at the start of the season when water levels are high. This good sized trout was sitting just in the calm water on the inside of the bend. I had to try and see the fish take the Nymphs as my leader was too long and the strike indicator would not have detected the fish's take. I love this type of fishing. Sweet vid so I asked another fella and he answered with I think lol how do ya not know your fish! anyway ate these fish on a spawn run or live in river all year ?
Hey Chaz. Good question. Some of these trout are resident fish, they live in the small stream all year. However some of them do come up from the much larger trib, further down. They come in to spawn, then drop back after the deed is done. If they survive the winter then they will come back next year a little bigger. :) Tight lines mate.

Hey Jase, thank you. yes too many "Try Hards" out there doing this. They spend ten minutes talking the talk, showing off the scenery and very little fishing because they can't hook or land a trout to save themselves.The only one I really give credit to is Troutboynz. he is better at the scenery stuff than anyone out there and has good footage of trout as well.
