Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
Maida - 500 g
Yeast - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Maize rava - 2 tsp
Salt - As required
Water - As required
Method:
In a bowl add maida,take warm water add sugar and yeast to it and stir so that it dissolves completely add this to the maida and knead it into a soft dough and rest it for 2 hrs. After that again knead the dough and again rest it for 30 more minutes.
Now roll the pizza’s as required shapes and sizes. While rolling the pizza add some maize rava at the bottom and half bake them on tawa.
Pizza Sauce:
Ingredients:
Maida - 1 tsp
Tomatoes - 1 cup
Tomato puree - ¼ cup
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 tb spn
Oregano - ½ tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - As required
Oil - As required
In a pan add oil, teaspoon of maida and cook it slightly. Now add tomato puree and deseed tomatoes, chilli powder,chopped garlic,oregano,pinch of sugar,some salt and cook it till it becomes flavourful.
Ingredients:
Pizza Cheese - ½ cup
Chicken - ¼ cup
Tikka masala Spices as shown
Now take the half baked pizza and add the freshly made pizza sauce and spread it, now add pizza cheese and top it up with various types like chicken,paneer,sweet corn etc.
Now place those pizza’s tawa and cover them with silver foil and cook them till cheese melts and serve them hot
