- Today, Narges was in her house in the city, taking care of her household affairs and taking care of her children. Although his new home was small, he enjoyed living in this new environment and felt safe. Suddenly the phone rang; It was Muhammad. Narges replied to Muhammad with a worried heart: "I have sold the land according to the contract and I no longer have any responsibility for it. He should understand this."
Narges immediately decided to go to that place to see with his own eyes what happened. When he arrived at the old house, he saw that all that he had once laboriously built had now turned into a pile of dirt. The house that was full of his memories and efforts was no longer there. Narges looked around, but the man who had bought the land from her was not there to talk to her and explain the situation.
"Before you arrived, I took a video of the destruction of the house. Your operator shared the video with viewers so everyone could see what happened to the house," Muhammad, who was joined by Nargis, began to explain.
Saddened to see the situation, Narges said under her breath: "I didn't know that the government was planning to demolish this place. When I sold the house, I was no longer responsible. Now I have bought land in another city and I plan to build a new house."
Narges returned home with a broken heart. She knew she couldn't change the past, but she decided to forge a new path for herself and her children by focusing on the future and the new home she was building. He hoped in his heart that he would have better days ahead.

Nargis there was a similar situation similar to this , the owner of the house took the buyer to Court & the seller won the case. You do not have to pay that guy anything because you did not know the Government was going to demolish the houses. the same way if he had known he would not have bought the house. Very sad but he is the one who really has to stand the losses. Only if you choose to give him something back but be careful it's better to let the Court handle that.
