Great Videos! Where did you learn sealed systems repair and where did you get your certification? What is the process and where did you take the test? How long did it take for you to learn it? Thanks for any information.
I honestly learned sealed system (and appliance repair in general) just by getting out there and doing it. I sucked at first but I'm a pretty quick learner and I was determined to get good at it. But I got my certification a long time ago and I can't even remember what the company name was. But I am almost certain that you can do the certification test online now and it is easy!
That is true but that's actually what I had to do. Of course my voice-mail was me saying my name and company name and asking the person to leave a voice-mail and I would return the call asap. Then I'd get back in the truck and return the call. So it still worked out good.

No, you don't have to do sealed system repairs. Just do everything else
Question. How did you answer phones when starting appliance repair business solo? Being out in the field will make it difficult to answer the phone

Before driving and holding a phone was a capital offence. One day I had 5 calls at once with two phones.@@theapplianceprofit
