I'm actually making an elo-based tier list with a specific ruleset. Once I have enough rounds fought, I'm going to share it with the community. I currently have ~600 rounds worth of data. It's a lot of sitting and watching games so it's taking me a long time to play it out. Spoiler: Villager and Zelda are among the best. Villager is far and away #1.
@@Jorpda I haven't written down the outcome of each round (too much time), but I change their elo rating after each round and take a snapshot every 10. When each character has fought 30 rounds (~1065 total rounds), I'll probably make a post in the Smash Ultimate subreddit, and also maybe an xpost the CPUC one.
I got depressed when kirby lost. But seconds later, i heard im getting a snow-day. The first snowday in my area, new york, and its in early march. These past 5 minutes have been a roller-coaster of emotions
@HoboJoe2016 I suck at the game and Ryu is easily my best character. His Hadoken is a interesting and versatile projectile, Shoryuken is a solid-enough recovery, and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku is one of the better Side-Bs in the game. Ryu is a heavy that doesn't feel like a heavy; sure he's a little stiff, and you have to play somewhat of a conservative game with him, but his attacks come out fairly quickly and deal good damage. I disagree that he sucks as a character.

How to properly clean your metal computer speaking from experience, each battle takes around 12 minutes and even with 16 cpus, the first round will take around 3 hours
It sure looked like it, but no. He just happened to jump directly above, and very close to Lucs' head. If he were footstooled, he would have gone straight down.
It's the only explanation for the jump that happens right afterwards. Footstooling does not always send the target straight down, especially if they are in the middle of a move.

The thumbnail has lied before. Showing 2 characters in bracket facing eachother, though they never actually fought, so it's not guaranteed. That said, yeah it would be nice.
Vincent won't win a tournament, but it's not because he can't. Vincent doesn't play to win. He plays for the people. To entertain. Not only that, but he knows what he's capable of, so he lets himself lose so that other stars can emerge in the CPU tournament scene. He's humble and doesn't want to hog the spotlight. However, us fools thought he was washed, so he set out to prove us wrong. For one tournament, he sought victory and unsurprisingly, he won. Reminding us all who, and what he is.
Id like to see Vincent make a comeback as a mil sword fighter as his next appearance and he actually wins or at least makes finals, the brawler just hasn't been working for him as cool as it is to watch

Vincent's story begins when he was adopted by his master along with his step-brother toyconvict. His master was once the greatest warrior in all of smashland but recently he had grown weak with old age and needed to find a successor. He began training the brothers with harsh drills and strict schedules. While both brothers showed promise, toyconvict was always the favorite however, Vincent held no envy towards his elder brother and instead decided to ask him to help train him. Taking advantage of his brother's naivety, Toyconvict forced Vincent to do many things in the name of training and even beat his brother on occasion. One day Vincent's master grew gravely ill and was bedridden. Toyconvict was bored picking on his brother so he decided to attack and kill his adopted father while he was defenseless. Sadly Vincent was too late to stop him. Vincent, angry he couldn't stop toyconvict, began training nonstop, preparing for a reencounter with his criminal brother. Years had past and Vincent sat on his chair, with tears in eyes, staring blankly at his tv. On the tv screen replayed the battle that could have easily been the end of his career. Over and over again Vincent's first defeat replayed on the tv as Vincent looked on, each time falling deeper into despair. He attempts to raise himself from his chair but he was drained of energy. He slouched back and covered his face; tears streaming from his eyes. Knock. Weird Vincent doesn't usually have guests. Knock! Must be a reporter trying to write an article on his defeat. KNOCK! Vincent threw himself off the chair and rushed towards the door. KNOCK! Vincent scowled. KNOCK! Vincent charged his kick and flung himself forward with his leg outstretched in front of him. The door flew off its hinges, smacking the unexpecting pink fluffball in the face. The door and Kirby were sent flying down the hill. Vincent glanced at his handy work and was about to turn around and reenter his house when suddenly Kirby dashed up behind him and yelled: "Teach me!". Vincent looked back in shock before continuing into his house thinking it was some sick joke to make fun of him loosing. "I SAID TRAIN ME!" Kirby yelled causing Vincent to turn around with a look in his eyes that could kill a man. "Please" he added meekly. "I don't take on disciples" Vincent replied "Go away" "Plea..." "I SAID GO AWAY!" "I want to become stronger" Vincent turned to face Kirby where he noticed tears had begun raining from his lifeless black eyes. "No, I have to become stronger. I will become stronger. I heard you lost but that doesn't matter because to me and everyone else you are still the strongest no matter what" Vincent's eyes widened in shock "Please train me so I can continue your legacy" It was at that moment when Vincent remembered back to his very first and what he thought would be his last disciple. *Flashback* Vincent's doorbell rang so he understandably went to see what it was, however, when he peered through the eyehole he was surprised to see no one was there. He hesitantly opened the door and looked out yet found nothing. He attempted to take a step forward when he noticed that his foot hit off something soft. He glanced down at his foot only to find a badly injured infant dragon. He instantly picked up the dragon and dashed into his cozy home forgetting to close the front door behind him. He used his mystical Vincent powers to help heal the dragon's wounds and replaced all missing limbs with robotic parts creating the beloved dragon Ridley. Vincent treated Ridley as his own son and trained him as his disciple. The two seemed inseparable. How wrong that ended up being. Ridley won his first tournament and a proud Vincent stood beaming in front of the participant's dressing rooms. For some reason, Ridley was late so Vincent decided to go check on him and see if he was alright. That's when he saw something quite horrifying. (End of part 1) Vincent searched all around for his disciple however it became apparent that Ridley was nowhere near where he was supposed to be. Vincent, becoming increasingly worried, began hysterically searching with every obstacle in his way getting obliterated by his flying kick. He won’t be too late. Not this time. Vincent dashed around the corner only to find another deserted dead end. He punched the wall in anger creating a large crater. An ear piercing scream echoed throughout the ally and, while muffled by walls, Vincent heard it perfectly. To anyone there Vincent would have appeared to have vanished he went so fast, arriving at the crime scene within seconds. There he found a woman with blond hair pressed against the wall by a talon against her neck. Vincent’s eyes widened. Having not noticed his master’s arrival, Ridley began yelling at Rosalina before slamming her into the ground with a sickening crack. Rubble and smoke blocked Vincent’s view for the next few seconds meaning he could not see the unsightly face on his disciple as he began stopping on the princess. That was the only positive thing that came from this encounter. “How do you like that, huh” Ridley chuckled “Compared to me you are nothing. No! Compared to me everyone is nothing. I am a god among men” Ridley pounded his foot onto Rosa’s face before pulling her off the ground to face him. “DIE!” He opened his mouth and Rosa could feel the heat of his breath against her face. The heat increased and increased. A fire began sprouting from his cold metal lips. He smiled. Boom! Ridley blasted into the wall then another. Laying there in pure terror, Ridley looked up to see the disappointed glare in his master’s eyes. “Master?” “I am not your master anymore” a single tear dropped from his eye and fell solemnly to the ground below “Goodbye, my son” “Wait no! I don’t deserve this! Why are you leaving me?” “You grew to prideful but I guess that was my fault” Vincent turned and walked away. He faced Ridley for the final time but it was no longer as his beloved pupil but instead, he looked at him with the eyes that met Toyconvict’s on that painful night. “I’m sorry, sorry for failing you” End of flashback Vincent looked at Kirby but in his eyes saw Vincent as a hero, he only saw Ridley’s as Vincent held him in his arms. “I’m sorry. But I said I can’t” his words were barely intelligible through the voice cracks. “Go find someone stro…” “I refuse to accept that as an answer. I don’t care about becoming stronger so I can win or beat others. I want to protect those I care about and show the world someone to believe in” Vincent faced the child with newfound hope in his old eyes “I WANT TO BE YOU!” And on that day Vincent gained a second disciple. On that day he made a promise that this time he won’t fail another person. He couldn’t fail to save those he cared about like he failed to save them. Not again. Once again. He made a promise that could only be broken. He made a mistake that made him believe he couldn’t put trust in any other person. Kirby was a better student than Ridley since he was much older and more experienced than when Ridley began however when he fought the pink marshmallow he understood why he had yet to win a tournament. “Your stance is all wrong” Vincent yelled while doing another of Kirby’s attacks “Not to mention those pitiful punches” Vincent grabbed Kirby’s arm and threw him against the wall. Kirby recovered from his mild concussion only to be greeted by a wooden stick flying towards him. He barely dodged the projectile and gladly so as the wooden stick shattered on impact because of the force of the throw. “Whoops” Vincent rubbed the back of his head “That was supposed to be a gentle pass” Kirby’s jaw hit the floor within an instant. Many years passed and Kirby and Vincent’s training began getting more and more intense until the two accidentally destroyed a neighboring town and were forced to stop. The next week was spent rebuilding the town while the citizens threw rocks at them as punishment. After four long years, Kirby finally joined the tournament with the hopes to prove himself to his master by winning. To his surprise, Kirby saw his master preparing for the tournament as well and his hope for winning dropped to zero. “Don’t lose hope” Vincent smiled “At the skill, you're at ow you could probably beat me. But still thanks” Kirby, puzzled at Vincent’s gratefulness asked his master “Why?” “Because of you, I was able to finally gather the confidence to fight in the tournament again. So thanks” Kirby was now the one smiling. Vincent’s eyes gained a darker look. “But don’t think for a second I will even consider holding back” On the day of the tournament, Vincent had finished his motivational speech to encourage his disciple and was heading to his changing room when he walked past the list of competitors. His eyes widened. His hands shook violently. His first fight was with no other than… Toyconvict. (end of part 2)
In my personal experience, the most crowd pleasing CPUs are Mewtwo, Isabelle, Incineroar, Zelda, Ridley, and Pokemon Trainer. I'd be happy to see some of these in the next tournaments, especially the ones who haven't appeared before.
So the stage morph is very polarizing, cause with a long timer, whoever gets their stage first has a massive advantage as you'll probably only see 2 morphs. But with a short timer, people who need stages like rainbow cruise are just skrewed. I say single stage, ban walkoffs, restrict rainbow esque stages.

I have a few idea for a new series! 1. Have a top tier tourney. Get the best characters in smash for a tourney. Use legit competitive rules. 2. Do a tourney legal LOW TIER tourney. Use the worst characters. 3. Do a swords man only tournament. Use people such as Marth, Lucina, Roy, Link, and so on. Ruleset doesn't matter. 4. Do a smash 64 mini tourney that only uses Smash 64 characters. Please use one of these! Thanks for reading.

Oh boy; finals of season 2! The perfect thing to watch as I wait for my video to upload. For my bet I shall go with R.O.B. once again. I really do believe that this fresh face can pull it off. Hopefully he can; rather not have him end up as my own personal Lucina (sorry Alpha; she's cursed to do great but never win). I was considering either Lucina or Villager, but I'm feeling confident with R.O.B. Spoilers below! Interesting first round. Invitational curse or not, do remember that Luigi was the unexpected beast amongst a heavy weight line-up in the tournament that took him to fame. If he can hammer those far above his weight class, then it's only natural he can deal with Falco. My picks first fight; go for it R.O.B. Okay, things are going poorly for my robot so far but comebacks have happened before. Dare I believe; over 100 damage on 1 Stock and R.O.B. manages two K.O.s! Picto Chat is clear his domain; must have been his counter-pick and for good reason. He got the final smash and now it's 1 stock all! Please be the greatest comeback in CPU tournament history! Darn! So close! R.O.B. just does not do well on that Corneria stage. Welp, you may have lost buddy, but you did give us he most amazing fight in this entire season so far. Skillshare Kirby versus Zelda was... lacklustre. It was always going to be hard to follow-up that Lucario versus R.O.B. fight but even Ridley versus Link and the blonde anime swordsmen brawl was more thrilling. That sponsorship has seen a downward spiral for the star warrior. Lucina versus Villager; both my runner-up picks. Villagers Rockets have been insanely accurate so far and that Slingshot into Final Smash was even more impressive. Surprised at the results of this match-up, one of these fighters is known for progressing well past the first rounds, though it was a very fun fight. Luigi versus Lucario then, both skilled fighters who pull off rather quirky combos. I'm unsure if it'll be epic, but I'm sure the fight will be interesting. That battle for the Final Smash by the ledge is a good example; it didn't feel fast paced or intense but I didn't know what to expect. A good bit of back-and-forth... minus Lucario's stupidity with his Extreme Speed. Villager versus Shulk should be a good one. Past experience suggests the intelligent Shulk will win but Villager could surprise us. Villager has gotten into Shulk's head with mind games, but that does little to stop Shulk's sheer power advantage. Villager's Solgaleo dodging was insane and what did I say; Villager surprises us all with a win! Interesting matches; Bowser versus King Dedede was almost a one-sided slaughter if not for that attempted comeback and Luigi versus Link had some funny exchanges. Villager versus King Dedede excites me plenty, an starting off with that Sheriff assist was beautiful. Sadly the rest of the match wasn't as exciting as that opening but I did expect a Villager victory. Link versus Villager; my money is on the latter... as it apparently should have been from the start. Aggressive close combat from these two project masters is fun; maybe both had the game-plan to throw the other off their game. Both are remarkable with their Final Smash usage such as Villagers perfectly set-up combo using Link's own bomb to pull off a house building Final Smash. Link's off-stage game and item usage is better, as is his walk-off fighting, so Villager needs to do something to get this fight back to even ground. A 1 Stock and zero damage final round is top tier excitement and the fact that they both choose the edge of the arena to fight on is insane. That was so close, so fun, but props to Link on winning this season's majors!
Tbh I want to see more themed tournaments like a retro tourney with all the original smash characters from the first game including the locked characters like ness jigglypuff and falcon and so on. Or a tournament with only princesses or girls only since Isabelle is not really royalty and neither is the female robin. Maybe a tourney with heroes vs villains like Mario and bowser dk and k rool. Also a tournament with like lv50 amiibos . Lastly a tag team tournament with like bffs as partners with team attack on like they could be simple like palutena and pit or subspace emissary related like pit and Mario or yoshi and link personally I want fox and diddy Kong or falcon and olimar to be a team! Just some ideas so yeah!

I'm actually making an elo-based tier list with a specific ruleset. Once I have enough rounds fought, I'm going to share it with the community. I currently have ~600 rounds worth of data. It's a lot of sitting and watching games so it's taking me a long time to play it out.
Spoiler: Villager and Zelda are among the best. Villager is far and away #1.
@@Jorpda I haven't written down the outcome of each round (too much time), but I change their elo rating after each round and take a snapshot every 10. When each character has fought 30 rounds (~1065 total rounds), I'll probably make a post in the Smash Ultimate subreddit, and also maybe an xpost the CPUC one.

@HoboJoe2016 I suck at the game and Ryu is easily my best character. His Hadoken is a interesting and versatile projectile, Shoryuken is a solid-enough recovery, and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku is one of the better Side-Bs in the game. Ryu is a heavy that doesn't feel like a heavy; sure he's a little stiff, and you have to play somewhat of a conservative game with him, but his attacks come out fairly quickly and deal good damage. I disagree that he sucks as a character.

If he were footstooled, he would have gone straight down.
It's the only explanation for the jump that happens right afterwards. Footstooling does not always send the target straight down, especially if they are in the middle of a move.

Vincent won't win a tournament, but it's not because he can't. Vincent doesn't play to win. He plays for the people. To entertain. Not only that, but he knows what he's capable of, so he lets himself lose so that other stars can emerge in the CPU tournament scene. He's humble and doesn't want to hog the spotlight. However, us fools thought he was washed, so he set out to prove us wrong. For one tournament, he sought victory and unsurprisingly, he won. Reminding us all who, and what he is.
Id like to see Vincent make a comeback as a mil sword fighter as his next appearance and he actually wins or at least makes finals, the brawler just hasn't been working for him as cool as it is to watch

Hello again justin y.
Vincent's story begins when he was adopted by his master along with his step-brother toyconvict. His master was once the greatest warrior in all of smashland but recently he had grown weak with old age and needed to find a successor. He began training the brothers with harsh drills and strict schedules. While both brothers showed promise, toyconvict was always the favorite however, Vincent held no envy towards his elder brother and instead decided to ask him to help train him. Taking advantage of his brother's naivety, Toyconvict forced Vincent to do many things in the name of training and even beat his brother on occasion. One day Vincent's master grew gravely ill and was bedridden. Toyconvict was bored picking on his brother so he decided to attack and kill his adopted father while he was defenseless. Sadly Vincent was too late to stop him. Vincent, angry he couldn't stop toyconvict, began training nonstop, preparing for a reencounter with his criminal brother.
Years had past and Vincent sat on his chair, with tears in eyes, staring blankly at his tv. On the tv screen replayed the battle that could have easily been the end of his career. Over and over again Vincent's first defeat replayed on the tv as Vincent looked on, each time falling deeper into despair. He attempts to raise himself from his chair but he was drained of energy. He slouched back and covered his face; tears streaming from his eyes. Knock. Weird Vincent doesn't usually have guests. Knock! Must be a reporter trying to write an article on his defeat. KNOCK! Vincent threw himself off the chair and rushed towards the door. KNOCK! Vincent scowled. KNOCK! Vincent charged his kick and flung himself forward with his leg outstretched in front of him. The door flew off its hinges, smacking the unexpecting pink fluffball in the face. The door and Kirby were sent flying down the hill. Vincent glanced at his handy work and was about to turn around and reenter his house when suddenly Kirby dashed up behind him and yelled: "Teach me!". Vincent looked back in shock before continuing into his house thinking it was some sick joke to make fun of him loosing. "I SAID TRAIN ME!" Kirby yelled causing Vincent to turn around with a look in his eyes that could kill a man. "Please" he added meekly.
"I don't take on disciples" Vincent replied "Go away"
"Plea..."
"I SAID GO AWAY!"
"I want to become stronger" Vincent turned to face Kirby where he noticed tears had begun raining from his lifeless black eyes. "No, I have to become stronger. I will become stronger. I heard you lost but that doesn't matter because to me and everyone else you are still the strongest no matter what" Vincent's eyes widened in shock "Please train me so I can continue your legacy" It was at that moment when Vincent remembered back to his very first and what he thought would be his last disciple.
*Flashback*
Vincent's doorbell rang so he understandably went to see what it was, however, when he peered through the eyehole he was surprised to see no one was there. He hesitantly opened the door and looked out yet found nothing. He attempted to take a step forward when he noticed that his foot hit off something soft. He glanced down at his foot only to find a badly injured infant dragon. He instantly picked up the dragon and dashed into his cozy home forgetting to close the front door behind him. He used his mystical Vincent powers to help heal the dragon's wounds and replaced all missing limbs with robotic parts creating the beloved dragon Ridley. Vincent treated Ridley as his own son and trained him as his disciple. The two seemed inseparable. How wrong that ended up being. Ridley won his first tournament and a proud Vincent stood beaming in front of the participant's dressing rooms. For some reason, Ridley was late so Vincent decided to go check on him and see if he was alright. That's when he saw something quite horrifying. (End of part 1)
Vincent searched all around for his disciple however it became apparent that Ridley was nowhere near where he was supposed to be. Vincent, becoming increasingly worried, began hysterically searching with every obstacle in his way getting obliterated by his flying kick. He won’t be too late. Not this time.
Vincent dashed around the corner only to find another deserted dead end. He punched the wall in anger creating a large crater. An ear piercing scream echoed throughout the ally and, while muffled by walls, Vincent heard it perfectly. To anyone there Vincent would have appeared to have vanished he went so fast, arriving at the crime scene within seconds. There he found a woman with blond hair pressed against the wall by a talon against her neck. Vincent’s eyes widened. Having not noticed his master’s arrival, Ridley began yelling at Rosalina before slamming her into the ground with a sickening crack. Rubble and smoke blocked Vincent’s view for the next few seconds meaning he could not see the unsightly face on his disciple as he began stopping on the princess. That was the only positive thing that came from this encounter.
“How do you like that, huh” Ridley chuckled “Compared to me you are nothing. No! Compared to me everyone is nothing. I am a god among men” Ridley pounded his foot onto Rosa’s face before pulling her off the ground to face him. “DIE!” He opened his mouth and Rosa could feel the heat of his breath against her face. The heat increased and increased. A fire began sprouting from his cold metal lips. He smiled. Boom! Ridley blasted into the wall then another. Laying there in pure terror, Ridley looked up to see the disappointed glare in his master’s eyes.
“Master?”
“I am not your master anymore” a single tear dropped from his eye and fell solemnly to the ground below “Goodbye, my son”
“Wait no! I don’t deserve this! Why are you leaving me?”
“You grew to prideful but I guess that was my fault” Vincent turned and walked away. He faced Ridley for the final time but it was no longer as his beloved pupil but instead, he looked at him with the eyes that met Toyconvict’s on that painful night. “I’m sorry, sorry for failing you”
End of flashback
Vincent looked at Kirby but in his eyes saw Vincent as a hero, he only saw Ridley’s as Vincent held him in his arms. “I’m sorry. But I said I can’t” his words were barely intelligible through the voice cracks. “Go find someone stro…”
“I refuse to accept that as an answer. I don’t care about becoming stronger so I can win or beat others. I want to protect those I care about and show the world someone to believe in” Vincent faced the child with newfound hope in his old eyes “I WANT TO BE YOU!” And on that day Vincent gained a second disciple. On that day he made a promise that this time he won’t fail another person. He couldn’t fail to save those he cared about like he failed to save them. Not again.
Once again. He made a promise that could only be broken. He made a mistake that made him believe he couldn’t put trust in any other person.
Kirby was a better student than Ridley since he was much older and more experienced than when Ridley began however when he fought the pink marshmallow he understood why he had yet to win a tournament. “Your stance is all wrong” Vincent yelled while doing another of Kirby’s attacks “Not to mention those pitiful punches” Vincent grabbed Kirby’s arm and threw him against the wall. Kirby recovered from his mild concussion only to be greeted by a wooden stick flying towards him. He barely dodged the projectile and gladly so as the wooden stick shattered on impact because of the force of the throw. “Whoops” Vincent rubbed the back of his head “That was supposed to be a gentle pass” Kirby’s jaw hit the floor within an instant.
Many years passed and Kirby and Vincent’s training began getting more and more intense until the two accidentally destroyed a neighboring town and were forced to stop. The next week was spent rebuilding the town while the citizens threw rocks at them as punishment. After four long years, Kirby finally joined the tournament with the hopes to prove himself to his master by winning. To his surprise, Kirby saw his master preparing for the tournament as well and his hope for winning dropped to zero. “Don’t lose hope” Vincent smiled “At the skill, you're at ow you could probably beat me. But still thanks”
Kirby, puzzled at Vincent’s gratefulness asked his master “Why?”
“Because of you, I was able to finally gather the confidence to fight in the tournament again. So thanks” Kirby was now the one smiling. Vincent’s eyes gained a darker look. “But don’t think for a second I will even consider holding back”
On the day of the tournament, Vincent had finished his motivational speech to encourage his disciple and was heading to his changing room when he walked past the list of competitors. His eyes widened. His hands shook violently. His first fight was with no other than… Toyconvict. (end of part 2)

So the stage morph is very polarizing, cause with a long timer, whoever gets their stage first has a massive advantage as you'll probably only see 2 morphs. But with a short timer, people who need stages like rainbow cruise are just skrewed. I say single stage, ban walkoffs, restrict rainbow esque stages.

2. Do a tourney legal LOW TIER tourney. Use the worst characters.
3. Do a swords man only tournament. Use people such as Marth, Lucina, Roy, Link, and so on. Ruleset doesn't matter.
4. Do a smash 64 mini tourney that only uses Smash 64 characters.

After what I saw the last couple tournaments, my mind was set on Link for this one 👌
Oh boy; finals of season 2! The perfect thing to watch as I wait for my video to upload. For my bet I shall go with R.O.B. once again. I really do believe that this fresh face can pull it off. Hopefully he can; rather not have him end up as my own personal Lucina (sorry Alpha; she's cursed to do great but never win). I was considering either Lucina or Villager, but I'm feeling confident with R.O.B. Spoilers below!
Interesting first round. Invitational curse or not, do remember that Luigi was the unexpected beast amongst a heavy weight line-up in the tournament that took him to fame. If he can hammer those far above his weight class, then it's only natural he can deal with Falco.
My picks first fight; go for it R.O.B. Okay, things are going poorly for my robot so far but comebacks have happened before. Dare I believe; over 100 damage on 1 Stock and R.O.B. manages two K.O.s! Picto Chat is clear his domain; must have been his counter-pick and for good reason. He got the final smash and now it's 1 stock all! Please be the greatest comeback in CPU tournament history! Darn! So close! R.O.B. just does not do well on that Corneria stage. Welp, you may have lost buddy, but you did give us he most amazing fight in this entire season so far.
Skillshare Kirby versus Zelda was... lacklustre. It was always going to be hard to follow-up that Lucario versus R.O.B. fight but even Ridley versus Link and the blonde anime swordsmen brawl was more thrilling. That sponsorship has seen a downward spiral for the star warrior.
Lucina versus Villager; both my runner-up picks. Villagers Rockets have been insanely accurate so far and that Slingshot into Final Smash was even more impressive. Surprised at the results of this match-up, one of these fighters is known for progressing well past the first rounds, though it was a very fun fight.
Luigi versus Lucario then, both skilled fighters who pull off rather quirky combos. I'm unsure if it'll be epic, but I'm sure the fight will be interesting. That battle for the Final Smash by the ledge is a good example; it didn't feel fast paced or intense but I didn't know what to expect. A good bit of back-and-forth... minus Lucario's stupidity with his Extreme Speed.
Villager versus Shulk should be a good one. Past experience suggests the intelligent Shulk will win but Villager could surprise us. Villager has gotten into Shulk's head with mind games, but that does little to stop Shulk's sheer power advantage. Villager's Solgaleo dodging was insane and what did I say; Villager surprises us all with a win!
Interesting matches; Bowser versus King Dedede was almost a one-sided slaughter if not for that attempted comeback and Luigi versus Link had some funny exchanges. Villager versus King Dedede excites me plenty, an starting off with that Sheriff assist was beautiful. Sadly the rest of the match wasn't as exciting as that opening but I did expect a Villager victory.
Link versus Villager; my money is on the latter... as it apparently should have been from the start. Aggressive close combat from these two project masters is fun; maybe both had the game-plan to throw the other off their game. Both are remarkable with their Final Smash usage such as Villagers perfectly set-up combo using Link's own bomb to pull off a house building Final Smash. Link's off-stage game and item usage is better, as is his walk-off fighting, so Villager needs to do something to get this fight back to even ground. A 1 Stock and zero damage final round is top tier excitement and the fact that they both choose the edge of the arena to fight on is insane. That was so close, so fun, but props to Link on winning this season's majors!

Tbh I want to see more themed tournaments like a retro tourney with all the original smash characters from the first game including the locked characters like ness jigglypuff and falcon and so on. Or a tournament with only princesses or girls only since Isabelle is not really royalty and neither is the female robin. Maybe a tourney with heroes vs villains like Mario and bowser dk and k rool. Also a tournament with like lv50 amiibos . Lastly a tag team tournament with like bffs as partners with team attack on like they could be simple like palutena and pit or subspace emissary related like pit and Mario or yoshi and link personally I want fox and diddy Kong or falcon and olimar to be a team! Just some ideas so yeah!
