I absolutely love it - and hopefully will get my mots on another of yours soon 😂. Thank you so much for watching and I hope you had a nice thanksgiving.
I love all the cute finishes and your wips. That bird wip from Lindy Stitches is gorgeous!! It was fun to go through your box of oldies but goodies. Happy Birthday & Happy Thanksgiving!
It is one of my favorite stitches! And I wasn’t sure it would be 😂. I still have another box to go but I loved seeing that stuff. Thank you so much for watching.
Loved your show n tell stash dive- i look forward to seeing what else u got! "Whats in the box?!?!?!?!?!" 🤪 Wow that portfolio from Erinn is absolutely stunning! I was so happy for u to have been chosen for that...when i heard ur name in their ft i had to smile! 😊 Love all ur lil pillow finishes all the trim u picked r perfect! The 🍅 patterns i was thinking r i think by lucy beam and they r tomato witch and tomato santa- when i saw them stitched up i immed thought of u! Small fall sewing or stitchers ornaments by tiny modernist, too! Happy stitching karen! 🐈⬛🪡❤️
What a great video my friend! 😍 Loved your finishes and WIPs and I am very curious to see, which 2 threads a day project will be finishes in your next flosstube 😬😍 And also so curious to see what more treasures you have in the other bins 😬 Really enjoyed seeing your stash! Take care and talk soon 😘❤️
My favorite, the 3 clicks at the end then it works lol! This was fun, I love to see the random things that appealed to people years ago, heck I didn't start stitching until a few years ago and I look back and think...what did I buy this for lol
Hi - I was watching a Flossmas video this morning from Fiber and Floss Canada. She had an advent prompt to reach out to someone who inspires us. I know I should comment more often, but I forget because I am usually off to the next Flosstuber. I just wanted to take the time today to say that I love what you do. You exude kindness and you have so many ‘out of the box’ ideas so I never miss your video. I know that it takes a lot of time, so I wanted to say Thank You for everything!
Karen, I have the Amy Mitten Mystery #1018 as a WIP! Haven’t touched it in a couple years though, because the band I am on requires a great deal of brain power and that’s been in short supply for a long while. 😅 But I love it so much and it might be my very favorite sampler in my collection because I absolutely love the dark secret hidden in the design. 😂 Morbid humor. But I don’t really get into the story as much as I just follow the stitching steps. Amy Mitten walks you through the entire project, starting with prepping your linen. So I say just start there with reading the first directions! Wash and iron your linen (I swapped mine out for Star Sapphire linen by Wichelt), and then put in your basting stitches. That part is easy and then you’ll feel more ready to start. It’s so fun! If you’re interested in seeing my progress I showed it in my last WIP parade (haven’t touched it since then), but I know it’s somewhere far down on my IG page too. 😁 -Leah Noel
Get out! That’s so exciting! I love the hidden meaning is the stitching that people think is so proper. I just love that creative energy. I will be checking yours out because just the basting of the fabric totally threw me off!
Love it…handwork should look handy. You accomplish a lot…I suspect there will be multiple finished projects next video. I have changed to Coats upholstery thread also for lacing and find it very effective. I am stitching on Plum Street Tortoise Tower as I watch…plum street is so much fun! Take care Karen. 🦉🧵🎄🎅🏼
I managed to finish the two turkeys yesterday so I’m hopeful I can get the fall pieces done! You must be so close on the tortoises. I love those animal stacks. Thank you much for watching. I hope you have a less stressful week.
Good video! You sure have alot of bags. They are very nice! I think I have about 100 wips. I just never count them.😉 I am back from Portland. I of course went to Acorns and threads. And you know I brought 😮. Have a good Thanksgiving. You know I love the Prairie Schoolers. I don't have the farm alphabet I might have to try and find it.
Thank you so much! I’m so sorry I’ll miss you this week - I can’t wait to see what treasures you found! And yes, far tooo many bags 😂. You are absolutely welcome to borrow my farm alphabet - you would probably finish before me! Happy thanksgiving and can’t wait to see you!
I loved seeing your kits at the end! So much fun! I don’t think the Scarlet Quince charts are illegal. I’ve heard many times that museum art is in the public domain. I love the Van Gogh one. I’ve been to Arles twice now and that cafe is very beautiful and memorable. I love your Prairie Schooler 12 Days of Christmas. Seeing yours made me pull out my chart. Did you say you are using the called for dmc? Because PS tends to be a little dully colored and yours was pretty vibrant. Can’t wait for the next video of kits! Have a nice Thanksgiving and Happy Birthday Karen! 💚xx
I had the best time going to through those! I need to find the stitch count on the Van Gogh one as I really love those yellows and blues. So cool that you have been there - your travels are such a joy to see! Yes I am doing the 12 days in the called for dmc and am really enjoying the colors! Thank you so much for always supporting and have the best thanksgiving 🦃❤️!
Hello friend! So pleased you will join me next year for some of my monthly challenges - i think they will all be easy enough for you to join in with. I have done that Home Sweet Home stitch - it is a lovely one to do. Speak soon xxx
Oh Sally - I’m thrilled as well. I’m excited for a chance to do some intentional picking of projects with you this year. There are a few things I really want to get back to and this will be perfect! Thank you so much for watching!
So glad to see you won a project folder, you deserve it! Thanks for sharing all your great stitching 🪡
I absolutely love it - and hopefully will get my mots on another of yours soon 😂. Thank you so much for watching and I hope you had a nice thanksgiving.
So many fabulous kits, lots of different designs that are new to me. Happy stitching
That was a fun box to go through! So many things that are waiting but that I’m still excited to do! Thank you so much for supporting.

And you know if I try to pre-click it will work the first time 😂. I had fun with those things too! At least very few regrets.
Enjoyed your video! Fun to see what's in your stash!
Thank you so much! It was fun for me to see too 😂.

Thank you!
I've done both of the Scattered Seed Samplers patterns. They're really nice.
I’m so excited for them. It feels like such a luxurious project!

@ the tortoise is one of the easier stacks for colour changes. Great fun. I am sure you will continue your finish success. You achieve a lot. 🦉❤️
