Go to Tacoma or Downtown Seattle (where I live) and you'll be actually crying and begging to go back to Kent/Renton.
You omitted the all too significant impact of the major train tracks that bracket the downtown area, often bringing everything to a halt with yhe passage of 200+ cars of oil or coal trafficking day and night. Kent’s a prime location for suicide by train.
