@@shirleyjoss thanks so much I have never heard of them well the truth be told I have just started journaling this past spring I was a yard person but my body is starting to tell me different I am not a young as I used to be so journaling came across my phone and I am hooked and I have inspired so many people of my journey so far it has gotten people back to reading there word praise God
