Man, that grill does it all. I like the pizza stone, griddle, sear stations, etc.
so far, i am loving this denali a lot! going to keep cooking on it this weekend. You did a really nice breakdown of it. thanks for teaching me where the included probes go! (I think I need to pay more attention to the manual next time haha!) Have a good one Andrew!
I have the previous version of this grill and love it. I built it into my outdoor kitchen and it’s 2” smaller in length. I’ve been wanting the Denali ever sconce it came out. My intent was to replace my older monument with it but the 2” is killing me. But I’ll figure something out.
That's a beautiful grill , hopefully it performs as good as it looks .

I will say if you are talking about waygu Hanari at has the best flavor and you can get from meatnbone.
Honest review. Never buy any grill from Monument Grill. Customer service is the worse. I don’t know who is running this business but staff is not good. Stay away from them.
