My wife played this over my body as I was dying with an aortic dissection. That was 3 weeks ago. I am home today. I went to church today. God still heals. I am a walking miracle. As the child of an alcoholic mother, murdered father, and abusive step father who would tell me that he didn't know how anyone could ever love me, I often felt abandoned by God. He has recently pulled back the veil and shown me all the ways he was calling me, guiding me, providing for me, and loving me throughout my life. Tomorrow, I face her 2nd earthly birthday without her. My mama passed last year & I have felt lost, lonely & alone. No one loved me like her. Today, God told me, "even her love wasn't a perfect love, but I'm with you and you are perfectly loved by Me." Tomorrow will be hard and nothing can take her place, but I know that God loves me with the greatest love of all.

I'm so sorry about your Mom, I know how hard it is I lost my Mom 23 years ago and it still hurts. My Mom was amazing she was humble and selfless she lived a life God would be proud of. I was so mad angry and hurt that God took her I let that be in my heart for 20years that led to a hard life and alot of bad choices but I started listening to worship songs and I felt Gods love come over me and I let him into my heart and felt the pain and anger leave. I still miss her so much there'll never be a day I don't think of her and miss her but I trust Gods decisions and know he will carry us thru anything if we let him.

I have a 28 yo son who knows God however doesn’t seem to believe that he’s perfectly loved. He’s believed the lies that the enemy has whispered to him. My son like many may think these lies are true because they’re adopted or in foster care. He came into my life and I immediately knew that we were meant to be family. I recall thanking God for him and in the same breath I told him he’s yours not mine. There are no coincidences in life and God has a special place in his heart for those whose circumstances aren’t favorable. We are ALL qualified for his blessings. He is our Father (no one is without a parent) and because he is we are perfectly loved.

This went straight to my core. A lifetime of feeling defective, worthless and unloveable from being mistreated, rejected and abandoned by the ones who were supposed to nurture, protect and cherish. At the time I wasn’t interested in my Mom’s Christian radio station and she told me to listen to it because I could wind up hearing something I liked and I heard this song and fell in love with it. Both singers are great but I absolutely fell in love with Rachel’s voice. Have become a big fan of her now. I feel closer to my Savior when I hear her sing her songs.
I've heard this song before, but it's usually as I'm doing my morning routine, so I'm not really focusing on the words, but TODAY this song hit different.😊 This song started playing on my radio a few minutes ago, and the words COMPLETELY WRECKED ME!!😭 I mean tears instantly flowing down my face, as my 13 yr. old son came to my mind. He is my strong willed one. I'm praying for the Lord to give me and my husband his love, strength, grace, mercy, wisdom and understanding to do a better job of raising him. He can be so sweet at times, then other times a rebel.

When I was a young boy my mom left me when I was only three years old and said lance I do not love you never have. And my dad was abusive and hard on me my whole life. Never told me that he loved me until I was an adult. And even my doctors told me because I have a learning disability no one will ever love me or i will never do anything for god. And growing up I started to believe Thoses lies because no one ever told me they loved me until I met jesus and i finally found what love really was

I must admit, when I first heard Rachel Lampa singing this song on the radio, I thought it was Alecia Beth Moore (professionally known as Pink; the same way Lauren Daigle sounds exactly like the other artist Adele). Both artists have been blessed with an equally amazing singing voice. Regardless, where was this song for my life years ago? Every time I hear it, it doesn't change how emotionally moving it is for me. It's also really inspiring to see TobyMac singing this song, since he has been given the ultimate test with the passing of his son, which, coincidentally, I'm typing this with my 8 year old son in a hospital bed next to me. To explain: TobyMac had the choice to walk away from the LORD with his son's passing, angry and spiteful. Yet, TobyMac remained faithful, and is reminding, as well as reminded, that we are perfectly loved through all our struggles. Praise the LORD my son will heal and get better. The LORD bless, and continue to bless Rachel Lampa, TobyMac, and anyone else who's heart has been touched by the lyrics of this song.

Hi everyone! I am 18 years old and I wanted to tell you a story of what happened tonight. I was just lying in bed being lazy and watching some of my favourite youtubers, then I was like, you know what? I'm going to set aside my time to have an encounter with god and to praise him. I put on this song and I started worship lying down in bed. Then all of a sudden, when the music gets louder and louder next thing I know, my hand are in the air, my arms and mouth are chattering (if that makes sence) and I was balling my eyes out. I couldnt stop myself. Then once it would quiet down I would calm my self down. It would happen everytime. I had a picture an ocean. I had to think but eventually I figured it out.... he wanted me to be baptised! This my encounter with lord christ and I pray that everyone can feel his presence listening to this song. Well here I am now. Age 12 and got baptised 23-06-2021! I just really felt that I needed to share my encounter because we are 1 big family and we are all in this together! Thank you if you have read my encounter all the way through! Bless you ALL!

He didn't deliver me from the adversities like I prayed but he did sustain and preserve me so he could use me to encourage others simulator to what I've been through. God is good all the time.

My mom passed away a couple of weeks ago, and her memorial service is this weekend. I chose this song to be sung because she grew up in an abusive home. She left when she was 18, moved across the country, and never looked back. She met my precious father, who loved and adored her, but the scars were always there. She was fiercely independent and refused to act like a victim. She always thought she turned her life around by herself, but as i cared for her thru dementia and Lymphoma, I was able to share Jesus with her and show her that His love was always there and always perfect. I pray she truly believed that, and she is in the loving arms of Jesus now. This song is awesome!

Sometimes all someone needs to know is this songs encouragement to keep pressing towards the prize by just simply "hanging in there." God takes care of the rest through the unseen. My sister shares songs like this with me often at perfect times. My husband had a stroke back in February and I've been taking care of everything myself since. Because of the location of the stroke, he lashes out at me as that part of his brain was affected. It's hurtful and brings back old wounds. Deep down I know he'd never intentionally hurt me ever. Hearing these words gives my hurt heart hope.
My prayers are with you for Gods strength and wisdom and guidance and direction. I pray for your husband's healing .In God's Word in Is. 53:5 it says by" His stripes you are healed"!! And in Ex. 15:26 it says" I am the Lord who heals you". Look to the Healer !! God be with you now and always!! ♥️

My ma was an alcoholic and my two little brothers and I were always in and out of foster homes, but the thing of it is is that she would quit drinking every time, which is hard for an alcoholic, just to get us back. She loved us more than her addiction. When she died, I thought no one would ever love me that much again. Until I met Jesus.
