Yeah, and the kids here (at least in the province) are outside, either playing or spending time with their parents. In Sweden the kids are left at kindergarten or school...and then stuck in front of a screen the couple of hours a day they are around the parents! Better here in my opinion. Thank you for watching!
Hi, thank you! It's actually neither, where we are in Bukidnon it's ancestral domain (essentially tribal land that you "rent" for 15 years at a time). "Rent" as in making sure it's being used/developed, there's no annual or monthly fee here. Not as secure as a clean title of course, but if located in a good area (reliable leadership) and you make sure to cross all t's and dot all i's, it's good. The tribe can (in theory, some areas in practice) take back the land if nobody stays on it/uses it for...3 years I think. We've seen that happen in other areas, but the land we got had been unused for 25 years and there were still no problems (very good Fematrics office here). And do note that a title can bring a lot of issues too, unless 100% clean (I would avoid mother titles for example). Buying land in the Philippines is a bit risky, and many ways of doing it, so very important to double-/triple check everything. Thank you for watching, hope I made sense! :D
