Brilliant advice. This is why most new businesses fail … most people aren’t willing to do the boring grind that it takes to get GOOD at what you do! Regardless of the business type.
This was my mentality when I first bought my cricut and easy press. I’m January. I run two basketball teams and I wanted to start making jerseys in house instead of waiting on someone else to do them (guy was solid… just too pricey and was over paying for smaller amounts of jerseys) I used olio the free vinyl and cardtsock that came with my Maker3. Learned what type of vinyl polyester/spandex and started learning how to size name and numbers. Started making samples and gave away shirts so people can be my Guinea pigs and see why works and what doesn’t. Then in March I bought a cheap Heat Press for $100 and started getting better now that I can put actual pressure on the press rather than the easypress. Started using siser easyweed stretch since it was a better deal then buying cricut sportflex. And out of no where last week I made my first sale (24 shirts for a seal coating/landscaping company… not my focus group but gave me the opportunity to sell to a different type of group). It’s always trial and error, then the rewards come. I find it crazy that I come across your video and you give the exact tips I was thinking when I started doing my shirts. I’m treating it as a side hustle but maybe down the road I’ll expand into other realms and make it into a big business. Thanks Big B
Nobody is talking about trademarking their brand and their words or phrases on their shirts. If you made one, could you please make another one? I'm new to your channel. I've been watching your videos around 3 weeks and I love them. Love your style.
This helped me alot I am in the process of of ordering a new heat press .
Just bought your ebook it was quick and detailed thank you for your input and time simple and to the point
Always great information
Thank you! great info like always.
Solid information 🤘🏾🤘🏾
thanks for watchin. i appreciate it 💪🏾
I just watched your interview with HPN and Jared. Great interview,. I heard you mention Reprographics. I used to work for Continental Graphics doing aerospace manuals. I got into making shirts years ago when I saw you slanging shirts out the trunk. A friend of mine in Gardena mentioned you when I was asking about info. He is a local rapper from Gardena called Jay Capone aka Baby Bear. He said he got the game from you. I remenber buying some stuff from you bacc in the day at the shopping center parking lots.
Wish I watched this first, very good info but all good, errors is apart of the learning procces 😭😭 I made my first practice tee & it looked very good. I went & got an actual shirt I was gonna wear & just like that it looked good but started peeling the day after lol, just learned that you need to apply more pressure from one of your videos. Definitely gonna use your tips for sure, Btw found your pressure vid on a random google search lol. Subbed :)
Do you use Custom Shopping Bags? If so, what is a good range per bag when buying from a Manufacturer?
Just got my HPN Heat Press but now I’m thinking I should get a vinyl cutter. 🤔 For beginners like myself would you recommend getting one?
Great video. Is there a similar way pre-test full color transfers? Maybe cut the transfers into pieces and do the same thing?
yes. thats exactly how you do it. i got a video showing the process. hit the youtube search bar with "big brandoh transfer test" the vid will pop up
@@BigBrandoh perfect. Preciate that. Otw to check that out now🤙🏼
What's your feel on the cricut easy press for pressing tshirts?
