Hey Fellas, I work with a couple local Disable Vet organization and am looking for a place to take them. Noticed in the Video that the area didnt look to muddy (easy for the Vets to walk) would you care to disclose the general location?
Eat them! Seared/grilled like a steak, smoked, wrapped in bacon, jalapeno poppers, stir fry.. lots of ways to cook it and it is very good. Just don't overcook! Medium rare is the way to go!
