You make it basically the same way I do, my favorite is like what you just did but I add about a half tbls of sesame oil, a little of coriander, and some cayenne pepper seasoning
i make it by the bucket load! lol! love.. A Fav for us is pickled Hot banana peppers. In our basic recipe we add all the same things and a tiny bit of lemon juice. can't get enough,lol! and i'm huge on garlic too! Have a great week!
Hello Lisa, we love hummus too we make ours just like you. The only thing I do different is use my nija rather than my mini food processor. It comes so smooth it looks like we bought it. I rinse my garbanzo beans, I noticed you didn’t. Is it because you don’t feel it’s necessary?🦋💜 else can you serve hummus? I don’t have a lot of exposure to it other than a dip🙂
Our grandson eats a hummus sandwich every day! We frequent a restaurant that serves it with a marinated meat and its so so good! I dont rinse them. Probably because they are home canned i probably would if they were store bought though.
