If things go right, I may be starting on my first suit in January! I'll probably make indoor and outdoor versions of my feetpaws so I can be prepared if I go to either an indoor or outdoor event and if I'll be indoor or outdoor the most.
I recommend doing indoor paws and a pair of sandals! They look great and save a lot of time and materials :) I'll be making some for my plush sheep hooves

Cuz I'm guessing this is indoors since it would get dirty..second I got a big problem i really want to make myself a suit, but I'm a begginer and my fursona is very complicated..it was strips and dots on the body and it's just kinda complicated, for me even more ;-; could you make a video how to sew furr when there's lot of colors mixed? Or at least try describing it or something, I really need your help rn :( sorry for bad english
Outdoor feet are made the same way, you just leave out the bottom fur piece with the paw pads. And you just draw the stripes and spots on the tape pattern, and cut and sew like the rest
nice I'm waiting for my teal fur to come in to do the tail. I followed your method for the feet. It turned out really well. I'm definitely going to use this technique for the furring. : D

@@summer8300 the duct tape is to make the pattern for the fur. Also if you want to get fur you're gonna have to buy it. I suggest staying away from fabric stores, as they have cheap low quality fur that is more expensive than the firm's actual worth. If you want good fur, go on google and type in "luxury shag faux fur" and then the color you want. Lots of things will pop up, make sure you look at the pictures closely. You want the fur to look soft and not wiry, you also want to make sure it's the right color. Sometimes they advertise it as a certain color but it comes out different. Also, make sure the fur is full and not thin. You only want to see the backing of the fur if you part the fur. If you can just see the backing through the fur then dont buy it. Also, this tip will help you a lot. Fursuits are expensive, so never ask/expect someone to give you one or the materials. You have to go out and buy those yourself, and make it yourself.

Dollar tree and hobby lobby sells cheap craft shoes you can use. (Both of which are American stores, idk what craft stores are outside of USA)

Floppy ears are basically just ears that have thinner foam which gives it less support to stand straight.

This was very helpful. I can make it as horse hooves too.
Tattletail and More I’d probably use a different method for hooves. Hooves don’t have the same structure or shape as paws
She has 2 hoof feet tutorials and 1 hand hoof tutorial
Uh hooves have no paw pads, or same structure of paws at all.
This is probably the best tutorial that you have made. Amazing job-this will help greatly when I need it.

Ok, the only plastic I use for eyes is resin, I'm not sure if you mean that, because the only other material I use is not plastic but craft foam.

So I have a question. Whenever you add tape to foam, such as a headbase do you just put it on?
