I had a realization the other day that any insecurity I experience is not mine. Have you ever met an insecure baby? No. They're pretty clear about their needs, they'll scream and cry to get others to pay attention to their needs and get them met. Any insecurity I experience was placed their by someone else. I can let them all go. They aren't mine. They were internallzed from others, they never belonged to me in the first place.

Not long after the 1 above said " U, U R not like them, U R different, I have plans 4 U U come 2 help the people, what ever U do in this life do not pick a church.
