Dimash is a Kazakh native who sings in over a dozen languages, this one in French. He is arguably the greatest male singer on the planet, sings in every music genre known to man from opera to rap, and does it all brilliantly.
To talk about the beauty and richness of Dimash's timbre in every register and about the perfection of his vocal techniques in each genre is still not to say much. It's his storytelling and the ability to transmit emotion and to pierce people's heart and soul is what makes him the greatest vocalist on this planet.

Congratulations, you just witnessed the greatest vocalist alive. He’s from Kazakhstan, sings in 15 different languages (speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently, some English, and a little Mandarin). He plays 8 musical instruments and is currently working on his PhD in musicology (has a Masters in composition). He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 7 octave 2 semi-tone range, has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble man. His mother is an opera singer and his father is a singer and producer. He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend "Sinful Passion" 2018, "Stranger" 2021,"Olimpico" 2019 link on Igor Krutoy's (composer that came out of retirement to work with Dimash) UA-cam channel, "Adagio" from The Singer 2017, "Ikanaide" 2021 Tokyo Jazz Festival, and "Ave Maria" 2021 at New Wave. After digesting those performances, I can't stress enough my recommendation for his most recent song and music video (mini movie) the artistic masterpiece "The Story of One Sky" that he wrote the screenplay for and spent 3 years composing the music for, which displays a lot of his range (not all) and soooo many vocal techniques and dynamics, including sub harmonics, whistle register, bass, tenor, baritone, classical, jazz, pop, rock and unreal metal screams....and unbelievable dramatic acting. Each performance will leave you stunned. Thank you for reacting to our Dimash from a loyal "Dear" (fandom name given to us by Dimash, because we are dear to him like his family). He has fan clubs in 132 countries. BTW, I fear you may get dragged a bit for stopping the video before the song was over.

The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. Thank you for your appreciation and kind comments for Dimash and his music. But you didn't let him finish singing. Watching Dimash is an extraordinary experience. And Dimash is never finished singing until he is completely finished. He does this all the time, as you will find out. He will leave you hanging in the wind, breathless. After you have been following him for a while, you will see the clues he gives us to show that he has completed the song he's singing. A great example of this is when he sings "Adai & Daididau" at his very first solo Concert called "Bastau". He performed it in his homeland of Kazakhstan for 30,000 audience in attendance. "ADAI" is the prelude to Dimash singing Daididau. It is played by 100 Dombra players. The Dombra is an ancient traditional Kazakh two stringed instrument.

You got his name right and Dimash is the greatest vocalist in a thousand years, musical Scholar's said a voice like his only comes around once in a thousand years or more I believe it his sung range G0-D8 that's 7.7 octaves and range is only one attribute voice control, microphone control, emotive, stage presence, climbing octaves up and down with ease and no apparent transition. You definitely should dive down the rabbit hole and I subscribed just to see you do such. Cheers so much more to hear.

It is amazing how people have now found John Farnham or Farnsy as we in Oz call him. He is a living legend here and unfortunately there were no Reaction videos in the 80s. Without complicating things too much, have you heard Hua Chenyu. He is another extraordinary entertainer, very special, very unique and just so creative. Start with Nunchucks, a cover of a rap song, completely changed and you can really see his stage presence. His fans called Martians will fill you in, but know he had a very difficult childhood which affected him greatly. Thanks for all this. See you in the next one.

Dimash is from Kazakhstan and the song is in French. He currently sings in 12-14 languages but only speaks Kazak, of course, Russian, and is learning English and Mandarin. Creating a playlist is right, but I couldn't tell what to play next because every song he sings is beyond outstanding. Since Dimash is new to you, I would suggest that you begin with his early years on The Singer 2017 and he was 22 yrs. old then. He was invited to participate in a Chinese singing competition and was the first foreigner and the youngest singer in the history of the show. The others were 12-39 yrs. his senior. He finished second, only because they felt they had to have the most beloved Chinese sing to win 1st place. Wherever you begin your musical journey if Dimash, you will not be disappointed. I look forward to more Dimash reaction videos with you soon, plus, they have closed captions in English.

Agree. You cannot really be into the song if you stop before the end. It's like a rush job and disrespectful to the artist. Pausing should be done as little and as quickly as possible and not during the most pivotal moments. Annoying x 10. Thanks for mentioning it.
@@skirk9184 I'm ok with the pausing during the song. Each person reacts and comments however they want. But cutting the last note and not coming back to it leaving the song unfinished is what I referred to. Specially with Dimash... he can surprise you even in the very last second.

I have been following Dimash for almost 7 years, now, and he's the best voice on the planet!!! Multitalented !!! Super nice dude. 6'3" tall!!!! There have been only a couple of songs I didn't like. But usually because it's originally by someone I have never liked,,, like Celine Dion. Ugh. You can't go wrong with Dimash!!!

Dimash has an amazing range, flexibility, and a beautiful tone, but two or three songs in a row if all that brilliance is my limit. There's a Turkish singer, Cem Adrian, (pronounced Gem) you would like I think. 'Summertime' is a good introduction.
