I ran my own landscaping and did auto body, I'm not the best but I've never had a disappointrd client. seeing your poor truck and watching your guys work makes me want to get back at it. Too bad I'm in the oil industry now so I have absolutely no time for my passions anymore.
You were in my trailer park
Came here from the UA-cam short! 💪🏽💪🏽
Well thank you for that! Appreciate it!
Are you the man in video?
@@cadegregg8663 I am one of them. What's up?
@@pagelservices Bossman is a handsome fellow! God Bless You Guys ~

Same here. Excellent work ethic and one of the most calm ways of telling someone to "unfuck themselves".
You remind me so much of my old masonry boss. Great man. Always calm, hired a bunch of misfits, and only asked that we respect his business as much as he respected us. Door open policy. Always the first to ask what he can do to help. Im literally tearing up thinking about it. Thank you sir, you are doing the lords work.
Appreciate the kind words!
I love bosses that demand excellence from their employees so the job is done right!
Well done, sir!
Thanks for the kind words! Sweet channel!
As a homeowner, I agree!
Like my daddy always said there's never enough time to do it right the first time.. but alway enough time to go back and fix it... But you never have to go back if you take your time in the first place.
Sounds like a smart person! Thanks for watching!
Gotta take pride in your work no matter what ! Wish I was close enough to come get my hands dirty . Us sober guys are like pound puppies and loyal as hell !
Thanks for watching!
HOLLY sure is a hard worker. you should give her a raise
just might have too! Thanks for watching!
Here before the fame 💯
Let's hope so, thanks for the comment!
Being 9 years old and being thought how to maybe save time instead of doing it right in the first place was the biggest lesson I ever had in my life. I wasted time and had to do double the work because my dad lazy. Do it right, one and done.
Reading this comment I was like “damn this kid is smart for being 9” then I remembered you were prob retelling a memory 😂
@@dumpsterfire9506 At least you can say i can tell a good convincing story.
chaa pagel services you soun like a gud boss awesum luv your video s
Been there! I flopped a quad over some years back. It have the identical box on it and it had that stupid upside down ram, with a pivoting mount that rocked between the inside of the frame rails. In my case that's what caused the truck to go over. Put a standard style ram in it, with rigid mounts and the thing was rock solid. No more box swaying in the air after that
Oh , sure sure….equipments fault
New subscriber for saving frogs! The amount of those poor dumb bastards ive saved in my career as a concrete worker in WI.
We try and be nice to all animals! Thanks for the sub!
So industry standard for masonry block is a tolerance of up to 1/8” of an inch. It can really affect your work when you are going for a perfect finish. Why a brick sidewalk you use sand to be able to absorb the difference and obviously freeze and thaw effects.
3:10 Judging by the forest of Wunderbaums boss-man is yet to find the rotten halibut stuffed into the AC by the previous employees...
I just like keeping the truck smelling good! Thanks for watching!
I saw this video on Shorts or Facebook Watch a few months ago I think. That wall was F'd on the 2nd tier. If an employee doesn't want to get paid hourly to fix the huge mistake they made and gripe about it, then they should be fired on the spot! He makes hourly... It shouldn't matter to him if you make him take it down or not; it is work he is getting paid for.
Nice staples in that frabic too...
That kennworth for24 is a crazy deal I wish I could find
Cubic Feet divided by 27 equals Yards. Eazy peezy... And Multiply it by .2 to be on the safe side.
I subscribed. I like your content
Thanks for subbing! Appreciate it!
Will say that using that drain tile pipe, I called it big box tile pipe. It’s really junk. You need to upgrade from that. That’ll be the first thing that goes out.
good to know. Thanks for watching!
Honest question on that wall there was a big gap between two blocks. There wasn’t any other place I saw that gap. Is that a drain of some type or what would that be? Thanks
If you are referring towards the curvature, yes, that was a drain. Thanks for watching!
Your a really good boss, my boss booted me the moment we had a disagreement he would say my work is faulty even tho it was fine and would deny me a break during the day, if i got upset he would cuss me out you have immense patience with the bois
Legally can't deny you a break
You should make a video with Ryan for that easy money!!!
Haha! I think we are a little below his pay grade, but hopefully someday!
Keep the video’s coming my new friend
We are doing our best, thank you for the kind words!

They are for decoration only ;) Thanks for watching!
what are you doing with the rolled mack. for sale ?
We ended up totaling it out. Thanks for watching!
great video, and did just sound like an injector, Deere makes great track loaders, so love mine
Thank you!
I bet it is the injectors, and the turbo is fine
you were 100% right @tec
Wall looks good
Well thank you! And thanks for watching!
Man I just ran into your content and I wish I was living your life. Very proactive and successful living good on ya!!
I appreciate that! Welcome aboard!
15:00. Said employee doesn’t know how to measure. Honestly it’s the owner’s job to figure it out to begin with or at least double check their measurements. Over 20 years contracting I figured and ordered all materials. That what a good contractor does. The employee does the work the contractor handles everything else to keep from having mistakes
After a bit of time you start having employees whose job is to measure and order stuff, called a project manager.
@@CarlosRios1 companies that have grown large enough have project managers that have been educated and not someone who is off the streets without proper education. So until someone is able to hire an actual project manager and pay them 100k + a year than they should at the minimum check over all the work being done. If not costly mistakes can be made.
@CarlosRios1 do you see a project manager here? Because I don't. He literally said it was his employees.... That mistake is all on him!
It's the head gasket.....
Thanks for the comment!
Gotta love people that just accept you calling them the wrong name lol I have to correct people it's so odd how people are too awkward to just speak up and say my names Shawn not Joe 😂
All in good fun! Thanks for watching!
Why didn't he just swap it out and put it on the top later after someone ground it uniform. That way the job wouldn't be waiting on that one stone to proceed
Concrete blocks now-a-days are rarely uniform. Just the one was putting the wall in jeopardy of future failures. Got er fixed and all is good. That wall should outlast the owners now. Thanks for watching!
Bro let you call him a diff name lmfao
I get why workers get mad, they want to impress you…it does sting to be critiqued…but it does make better workers, they will take that into their own lives and if they start a business they bring that same quality…
It was a multi day job so I think everyone was just ready to complete the wall. Thanks for the comment!
Funny you say that....the guy that took me on as a helper years ago when I was only 15 seen I enjoyed being in the trades and was a quick learner. He was very skilled and learned from a man he spoke highly of everyday. Well I always found myself wanting to impress him nonchalantly. Im now self employed and have a a couple reliable workers, and 2 weeks ago took on a 16 yr old who reminds me of me in those early days and sadly Nicky passed a few years ago and I will never get to FULLY thank him for showing me HIS genius but i will honor him and make sure those skills and techniques he showed me keep impressing people for years to come...Nick, this screw is for u may you relax in peace ya earned it brother
Be the leader you would want to lead you....be their boss today, and their friend when you retire
very interesting content, I like the editing and music choice . I also came here from the youtube short. One bit of advice would be to pin a comment with the link to the video in the short that way people can find the original video. Took me a while to find the video from the short even though the title is the same
Noted! Thanks for the tip! Appreciate ya watching!
Subbed before 20k. Nice content 👍

If you don't have time to do it right,
You'll never have time to do it over.

Why is it pitch black at 2:30
Unsure what you mean, thanks for watching!
Lawn care foreman love giving vague instructions nit picking instead of being helpful
Hunter bro just chill and take the lesson
Damn dude, edge those beds talking about doing a good job on the wall but those beds all look terrible.
I’ll be curious about the turnover rate post UA-cam channel.
Only one worried is you lol
Make your guys wear respirators while grinding stone!
So whats wrong with how he did it exactly
I believe one stone was taller than the other, and instead of fixing it (sanding one down or building the other up) he left it cause it was "good enough." My question is why the big Gap at 12:04 wasn't pointed out
@@gamernicholas9710maybe for water drainage?
@bigloaftv6244 that's possible. In my experience, there are usually more esthetically pleasing ways to do stuff like that. However, I do not have experience in building walls like that professionally, just docks, trusses and houses. Perchance.
@gamernicholas9710 that gap is by design for water drainage.
@@CarlosRios1 it is for sure?
Gotcha. Makes sense
Sad thing is that his dad was basically a psychopath who tries to kill him and his mom
Unsure what you mean by this. Thanks for watching tho!

Is it just me or does this guy kinda look like what Jason Bourne would look like if he let himself go? 😂
I mean, I've never seen Kaleb Pagel and Jason Bourne in the same room. So...

To prevent future lawsuits from employees or ex employees, you gotta make them wear masks when cutting or around when cutting the blocks. It is highly cancerous toxic. Take care of your employees and your company will go far. Also, what’s with the big gap three rows up at the bend? It’s obvious yet you didn’t mention it…?
no
Liability Waivers. 🤷
The big gap is for drainage.
And you can thank COVID for people’s resistance to wearing masks sheen they should.
