I feel like you talk purely authentic from the heart / intuition. Ego / mindset / thoughts completely alligned with your highest self. Natural Flow of Communication made possible, no overthinking. Now god / the universe can use you as a vessel to wake up more people that are ready for it. I wish to get where you are one day. Letting go of my old habits and self is such a hard and long process but at the end all i can do is Try, fail, reflect, try differently... I love your pragmatic way of coming straight to the points and beeing solution focussed. I too found a method of creating mindset that helps navigating and understanding Life and yourself. I will summarize the method now. Remember: don't ask your Ego / Thinking mind too closed up. But ask the universe / god / source / your higher self in an open state of mind. Method: -If something happens that you like more or less often to happen, Ask: ---Analysis--- 1. What... (has happened / have i done / was my reaction?) 2. Why... (-> finding the reason, trigger of your behaviour, source of micro habits / beliefs, the need behind it) 3. How... (to get less or more of the happenings depending on whether it is alligned with you or not -> how to block triggers once aware of them, how to react differently having your values / vision of your highest self in mind...) ---Thats the analysis part. --- Implementation: 4. Write / speak your findings (what, why, how) into existence. Because thoughts vanish fast and dont stick. 5. Try to stay as aware as possible (meditation!) to create space (pausing / deep breathing) in moments of conflict (old self / habits -> discomfort arises because of unallignment). Now that you became aware of the inner conflict, remember your 3 questions and especially the "HOW (to solve it)?" And try to act in Allignment with values / goals - the Vision of your highest self - even if it feels scary at first (ego fears the unknown) 6. Repeat! (Thats how school works to teach / condition us) until it becomes your new "normal" / mindset. Remember: -- Choose to believe in yourself. Even if there is doubt (ego!!) Even Science shows that this is the way to play creator mode successfully --- don't be attached to outcomes. Mistakes are chances to reflect and grow. Life is a game. Try your best but relax at the same time if you "fail" your expectaions / desires. Let go of fear, doubt, shame, guilt and instead trust the universe that everything happens for you / for a good reason. Face your shadow if it shows up so you can transcend it. And find peace in the moment. Enjoy the process, dont wait for a desired outcome only so then you can feel "worthy of (self-)Love because you accomplished your goals" I think such a method is very useful for me and people who seemingly can't yet simply let go and recognize, let alone trust and follow their intuition on a daily basis. It speeds up / helps the process of transformation involving the rational mind aswell as the heart. Would love to hear your feedback on my "method".

@@jamie.lauder i often thought about starting a channel but i dont feel ready yet, still struggling with too high expectations / self criticism / perfectionism and actually implementing my method into my own life. Just got an adhd diagnosis which explains the chaos in my life and head and I really want to feel more grounded in life before I start such a project. Otherwise i would feel like a fake teacher if i cant lead by example. I want to show myself first that the ideas i have are working so i can speak based on experience. Right now there is still too much fear, doubt, shame, guilt holding me back from beeing purely authentic in communication even with myself. But i found out that i naturally enjoy free style rapping which bring my subconciousness to the surface whch helps me to deal with whatever comes up in a loving and understanding way / transcend reactions of shame. Whenever i have video ideas i already audio record them.

yes its true, external world is projection outwards, i learned this while awakening, i know weird secrets about universe geometric patterns etc. im at stage of intergrating it but it was like "show me where i can find mushrooms, suddenly a flash came and it was "walk left" then i walk and think in this forest and envrioment mushrooms cant grow then "go futher" and i found mushrooms so big" my third eye is open past "time" im still shocked but this universal truth that external is reflection of internal and your video is brought by iniverse again, anyway thanks, know that there is a soul far away that got your video as another proof

@@jamie.lauder Yeah man definitely, It was my favorite part of Vietnam. I recommend you stay in the old village area of Trang An in Ninh Binh though (not Tam Coc). It's more quiet but more local and authentic. Tam coc is mostly built for tourism. The days in Ninh Binh sitting next to the rice fields watching the sunsets is something I won't forget.
By knowing every perception as source- not separate from you, but as a reflection of you- the Self. Continually see everything ‘as it is’. Rather than as you perceive it to be- naturally, the world reveals its true nature, as a hologram. Simple- but not necessarily easy 😁🤍🙏🏼
