Nice properties, but landfill is 2 miles away. You'll certainly smell it depending on which way the wind blows.

Yep, that is the first thing I mention when we get calls on Everbe. It isn't too bad, but the landfill is definitely close by. Last buyers we had, one of the buyers mentioned the smell, and their partner said it smelled nice ;) So depends on the individual. It is a convenient location and less than places like Lake Nona. @MikeandHaley thanks for your response. I was two inches away from signing with Pulte there but had to revisit Weslyn Park once more and decided on that community instead. Sunbridge is going to be something really special.
