this tank is an absolute blast to play, i once ammoracked a full hp t-22 medium with the double shot literally after it was sold on the black market, that was the best laught i had with it

You waxed so much enthusiasm for this tank that I emptied half my gold reserves to grab it during the holiday ops. So far, its quite fun to play.
Skiiiiil, I had my best result ever yesterday, 8.5k dmg brawling in Waffle on Glacier. Feels as good as a double penetration.
Skill, Idk if u know this but new players in WoT can choose between 10 days of rental 703 II or TS-5, perhaps it would be a good idea to compare these 2 tanks to give new players guidance, also I just 3-marked my T-62A and got a Fadin's medal in it. :o Evidence in WoT replays
Pick 703.. much better than ts-5. Too many people are shooting gold nowadays and ts-5 is not holding up to its name
I agree 703 is a great example of a competitive heavy tank, ts5 can be quite niche

Great tank... from all premium heavy tanks, this tank is my absolute favorite one... It does look boring but in reality, it is very fun and over all versatile machine to play with...
It looks sick, cant wait to buy it when it comes up...

Having lived in the countryside my entire life, I can not help treating this tank like a Double Barreled Shotgun and firing sequentially rather than simultaneously. XD

Armor is not so good, apcr as main ammo with 221 pen is not so good as, as example, ap ammo, and gun accuracy is awful
One game it didn pen any shots even lower plate ones, 15 hits... even double hits to the tracks side and lower plate didn work... nerfed?

For me double shot 9/10 times goes full banana and miss even from medium range, is-2-ii is more trustable with doubles
Yeah but the tier 8 had its 122 mm gun removed by WG just before the tech tree was released and the armor is worse. This thing is very robust for its tier and it reloads surprisingly fast. It's overshadowed by the Skoda T56 and the BZ-176 but it's still very reliable. In the tech tree I found more consistent the tier 9 rather than the tier 8. Tier X is garbage.
ghost shells are a problem with me when shooting both barrels...

Skill, i just played a game with this tank and i got 9 kills, 5k dmg and 3k blocked. A realy nice tank👌
Is it just me, or do the double shots always low roll. At 390 average, there should be doubles reaching into the 800’s. And it feels like it NEVER happens.

Gun handleing is absolutly BAD on this tank. I hit only 30% of fully aimed shots on even close range with bounty equipment for best gun handleing build...1 year ago this tank worked perfectly for me and now....

Impossible to hate this tank. I have 56% WR on this one and quite a bit of battles with it. Not bad for a very average player like myself.
actually almost always bad rng on this tank. I think its totally overrated, have better stats with IS3

@@dinismantas7265 snap doubleshoots like skill does all over the map are only happening if the vehicle is semi afk and he just does it while they move. Worse reload time even tho i have a 5 perk crew on it. I know it needs to be aggressive but it only happens to work gud in a platoon where theres coordinated backup.
But skill dont forgott near gun mantlet there is only 250+- armor.
so skill is saying this tank will come tomorrow for wot birthday

skill4ltu, need yore advise. 703(2) or Somua. Trade in. 1008 allready have. Have some premium tanks on garage. Have 50-100 but not played on doble shooters at all.
I trade somua in for 703. And i gona trade xm66f for gsor1008

unpopular opinion - I think it's not that good as they say, it's slugish, armor doesn't work - you can pen it into gun mountlet, gun doesn't want to pen shots, I prefer bisonte over this any day
the mouse spanking slowly takes on somewhat unpleasant features. especially when there is a lot of movement in the battles, you can hear the mouse moving for 2cm the WHOLE time.
maybe put the mic 4-5 cm higher or use a mic filter that filters out the background a bit more.
may possibly only me so go but with headphones and a good sound system you hear the unpleasant her out!

How can you say this tank is good? Everyone can pen you if they have over 250 pen, even in your mentlet like every where. Sadlly it s a garbage

Im not in love with this tank. I prefer is2-ii over this one. I hate the poor gundepression, the armor does not seem to work for me (i get gold penned through the turret face all the time) and i miss 50% of the shots or just fail to pen. The is2-ii for me feels like the better tank. This tank for me feels ok when beating the tier 6 and 7 tanks. When conqueror sees this tank it says om nom nom. Bz overmatches the roof for 650 all the time and t30 for 750. Also any tank that is taller or gets above auto pens the enginedeck with ease. Don even get me started with the million ae phase ones spamming 340 heat.

The gun mantlet and the cheeks can be easily penetrated with 285+ mm of pen so yeah, the HEAT lol pen from soviet and some american tanks is just pain.
I;m only about 10 games in so far and I loathe it. I was so excited to get it too. I rarely using premium rounds in premium tanks because my goal is to friggin make money with them, but not firing gold in this thing is painful. I'm going to give it a full run, but so far I'd rather play my IS-3.
Same, had it for a long time, it was good in the beginning, but now? Absolute garbage. IS-2-II is so much nicer.

POSSIBLE...i'm just saying POSSIBLE, if you would play a little more aggressively on the heavy line and get more involved, you might spread the enemy focus and could save your teammates HP and could outfight in the end. But this is just speculation ;)
