One thing that I don’t think was stated but applies to all products with latex seals, is not storing it on a plastic coat hanger or in a plastic box as it degrades the seals faster. I’ve learned this from experience and from others
ThePizzaManTV people I’ve known always said on metal or wooden hangers I just dry out on a hanging rack then store in the same dry bag I transport it in Whatever works best
What type of Fabric Sealer do you use once the Drysuit material starts to absorb water? Sounds like you don't keep your Drysuits that long for this to happen.
When you are drying the drysuit, do you turn it inside out so the insides get a proper drying(then after a day, turn it back the normal way)? if not then I find its never really dry inside it
I do! After washing I hang inside out for a couple hours or just before bed to assure all loose water is fully dripped. At that point it is damp but not dry. Then I turn right side out. Outside of dry suit captures, traps, and absorbs more water so I find once it is dry the inside is dry too because the material is fairly breathable to get rid of the remaining moisture on the inside.

awesome tip! everyday is a school day ha!
Can anyone explain why plastic degrades latex seals. It's a new one to me.. They are mostly hung on broad plastic hangers in shops.
How should I store my gear such as dry-tops then?

Just got a Typhoon Multisport Rapid, didn't even last it's first use....leaked straight away. Upper torso was soaked and so was my feet😫 LOL.

Don't dry your gear inside out, the inside is even more susceptible to the environment than the outside
hello, how long does a drysuit dry if no water gets in? I have a good heater in my camper-van but wetsuits take forever to dry...
hey! over night it usually drys out:)
I just leave it sweaty- i know that no good. It´s smelly but trying to cooling it down
Don't buy a Stohlquist Amp... leaks like a sieve even with proper care!
Your meant to wash it?!?!
Gaskets last 2 or 3 weeks? At this point why listen to the rest of your video?
