Currently I'm doing intermittent fasting 20/4 O.M.A.D. low crab.You are my encouragement because I don't want to be your weight in the future ...your sending out it's ok to be fat, big, obese, that's not right...I was a size 18 6'1.... currently size 16 6'1 due to current weight lost of 17 lbs weight dropping fast..I clam my Size 8 again in January 2020..my weight came with to 2 kids 18 and 51/2 and a cheating ex husband of my 18 currently Happy with my new husband of the 5yr old.. although people told me I was fine ...I had confidence.. that just wasn't the case though my heart, brain hit different...I was heavy literally...I decided to make a change once and for all..in fact you encouraged me when you meal prepped and went on that short no carb diet eating the salmon salad.. please send out a positive message HEALTH IS WEALTH...it gets wrost before better
I did intermittent fasting too. Started in 2017 at 250, now down to 160, size 6/8 end of 2019. I'm proud of you. You WILL reach your goal. I'm not hating on this young lady but people like her definitely encouraged me on my journey.
