This man is the definition of a good tradesman (mechanic). Every move practiced and executed efficiently. Great video thank you. I've been welding for over 30 years. I'm retired now and intend on going into business on my spare time. I'm looking for an old red face or short hood in rebuildble condition.cheap. then strip it and completely rebuild it back stock as near possible. I learn a lot from these videos thank you for sharing your knowledge. God bless and work safe.
Pretty cool video Randy. I sent you my magneto and you did a terrific job. I'm really glad you are still at it brother. Keep the videos coming in bud. Stay cool in Arizona.
Anyone know where i can find how to set the timing on these things? I have an old SA 200 Red Face. Polished the crank, replaced bearings, rear main seals... pretty much all the same things he did in tbis video. Appreciate the videos and parts from BW to get it my welder together again.

Awesome thank you! Appreciate it. I'll let Randy know!
How easy should you be able to turn the crank after installing the new bearings and no leak seals. If anyone had to guess
Would it be the same to do the front seal on a tm27 for a classic1

Randy do you carry the 2 end pieces you installed rope seals in for F162 mine are warp
What rear main seal was used in the application?? Please help! I have f162 and rope seal they gave is wayyyy to big
Nice
Is that round plate with the two bolts sticking out where the stator bolts up and would a F162 be the same?
And what type of sealant did you use on the outer mounts?
What material are you using for the oil pan rubber gasket seems like no matter how much black silicone I use It manages to leak on me about a month in
Well be answering this in a video shortly! Thank you for the question.
Anybody know a good hour mark to do an overhaul on these units?
