Its just the same with the 1st time you learn G or C chords, it take times to memorize, but after a while you can do it with your eyes closed. It become habits, but need to be precise and accurate, thanks for the lesson mr. Claus awesome!

100% agree, it's all about doing it precisely and accurately and lengthy practice sessions with tons of repetitions, I've actually witnessed myself during practice go from one level to the next, when you actually see and hear it right before you it's quite interesting to witness yourself grow in the moment.

You're the mad scientist of guitar skills, but I totally agree with your approach!

I've been struggling with this myself. Somewhere in the midst of my slow repetitions, I start to "get it", and it's so hard to keep myself from speeding up. When I do however, the "getting it" fades away almost immediately, and I start machine gunning missed notes and mistakes.

It takes passion. On the road of passion, the answers are uncovered through hard work over time. Also, it helps if you possess the Pick Of Destiny.

This is extremely useful and informative, after how many years of slow repetition will my guitar levitate?

Hey Claus, I´m practicing a small lick for more than a half year now, slowly with metronome. My precision and my accuracy was increased really a lot, but without increasing speed that much. So my question is, are you really sure that you not have to practice from time to time in a faster way even if it is not 100% accurate?

You have to practice it using 'fast' motions, but at a slow speed. So while playing it slowly, use very minimal movements, the same ones that you would use at a fast speed
