How do you find the mindset of people varies by Country? Do you find it a big difference between working with a German compared to a Brazilian compared to an American?
Hmm interesting question! Not really no. I don't think it's necessarily the culture or country but the family upbringing and how the person was raised. Like some people tend to have of a scarcity mindset than others but I don't see any special characteristics by country ;)
