This is what to be expected... making a home in small space with all utility... Its awsum... But still ground floor could be given car parking and small pool. Then it would be worth watching .... Keep it up...
The front elevation balcony is looks like outside the plot area .. is that allowed as per rules? Pls let me know if that is possible.. or this plan comes within the plot boundary?
Post more videos less than 1000 sqft especially less than 900sqft because inside city its very difficult to purchase more sqft. Your designs r nice Just a dream if possible give a plan 3 bedroom with attached bathroom, kitchen, carpark and bike park facility. And try to have a spacious bathrooms.. on 1000sqft above see if possible for jacuzzi setup ..surround shower etc :)

Plan without setback , how will they do sanitary pipe line repairs if necessary.
