Trying to get back to sleep and this is helping so much!! I would say with the blush, try not to bring it down on your face, place it more on the apples of your cheek and blend up ☺️ I started doing it recently and it looks more natural

You just need two little dots of that blush on each side and you can blend it in with your fingers ❤ (just as a tip!)
