50-Mile Bike Ride Murray to Ogden Utah

The Golden Spoke Trail system is about 100 miles of paved trail between Provo, Utah, and Ogden, Utah.
It follows the Provo River Trail, Murdock Canal Trail, Jordan River Parkway Trail, Legacy Parkway Trail, and Denver Rio Grande Rail Trail. This video is a narrated bike ride from the Murray, Utah, Front Runner commuter train station to the Ogden, Utah, Front Runner station. It covers the north half of the Jordan River Parkway Trail, Legacy Parkway Trail, Denver Rio Grande Rail Trail, and some random pieces of trails (Centennial Trail) near Ogden.
The ride is 50 miles, but in this video it is about 56 miles due to detours and missing trail links near Ogden.
