As someone who has repaired and rebuilt many computers myself, I recommend wearing an anti-static wrist strap to protect delicate integrated circuit chips like CPUs and memory from damage caused by static discharge.
Many people who throw away their old, slow computers don't realize that slow performance is usually due to a bloated operating system, often caused by too many installed applications and/or malware, not due to aging hardware. Performing a factory reset on these computers often gets them running like new.

Large registries can slow down computer performance. Additional factors, such as the Dynamic Link Library (DLL) files installed by applications that get loaded upon system startup, can also degrade performance.

I just wached the video where you fixed a computer and then took it to a young man. What you did to get the computer fixed was very impressive. I taught science on the high level for 30 years and you remind me of some of my students. Did you finish high school and then to a college? You are very intelligent.

OK---I agree with many comments from the more computer savvy viewers---both positive ideas and those less so------sure a lot of what was filmed is contrived--but it still takes more than a passing knowledge and ability to do what she did--so we should give her credit for that.

Nice... I build computers for hobby. High end gaming systems.. The next time you rebulid a computer. Please install the CPU chip, the CPU cooler fan, the RAM, the Graphic card, and the SD card into the motherboard BEFORE installing the motherboard into the computer case, Much easier. I also noticed you didnt show the installation of the I/O shield at the back of the motherboard, But I did see that it was installed before you gave it to the child. .. Good job ..
