By NATO conditions, Canada does not require a military at all, but just 2% of it's GDP to be spent on military supplies. If NATO's standards were for actual defense, NATO would demand troop strength, training standards, tanks, aircraft and naval materiel quotas for their members. Hence, NATO's 2% requirement is so STUPID!
