2011-2016 Kia Optima Wiper Switch Replacement

I am changing a wiper switch on a 2012 Kia Optima. I believe that the same process can be done on models between 2011-2016 but not sure. A few other models may also have the same procedure.

Thank you so much man. Your video was literally perfect, exactly what I needed. I was victim to the recent TikTok trend of Kia optimas getting broken into and they broke the switch off in an attempt to start the car but failed.
I was able to fix this myself and save a trip to the mechanic so thanks man!

Decent video but they must have changed in 2016. My 2016 Sorento you can access the same way. I have a base model. The gauges are different than yours and it has the one piece switch. Looks like i gotta pull the wheel.
